Despite calls to 'get Steph out' during Friday night's live show (22 January), the former Hollyoaks star is safe for another week.
The actress, 22, won a game of honesty in the latest round of CBB tasks, shown on Saturday night.
During a series of challenges as part of 'Forgotten Theatre' week, housemates can win immunity from the public vote.
Saturday's game show-style task asked the remaining celebrities to buzz in and answer questions as honestly as possible. If the answer was right, the housemate could then nominate another housemate to lose a life.
Sounds dangerous, right?
Steph made it down to the final two housemates alongside Jeremy McConnell and had to provide an honest answer to the question: "Which housemate is most likely to meddle in other people's business?"
Stephanie surprised no one by giving Gemma Collins as her answer... And subsequently won the task.
She gushed: "I can't believe I'm going to have one week when I'm not up for eviction. I'm up every time - I can relax!"
Stephanie joins TOWIE star Gemma Collins, who has also won immunity.
During the same episode, viewers saw an explosive row between Gemma, Daniella and Stephanie - with Gemma and Daniella threatening to leave the house.
The pair got so far as the fire exit in the garden, before Big Brother persuaded them to stay.
After the drama. Daniella said of Stephanie: "I'd be happy not to breathe the same air as her again in my life."
Looks like you're going to have to, though, Daniella!
Steph has caused controversy during her time in the house as viewers have witnessed her growing romance with Jeremy, despite having boyfriend Sam Reece on the outside.
Celebrity Big Brother airs every night on Channel 5.
