Roger is a banker and supposed family man who's hoping this year's bonus will be enough to make him and his wife, Arabella, happy – and cover the costs of the extensive renovations on their house.

Local shopkeeper Ahmed wants his brothers to step up and take responsibility, traffic warden and asylum seeker Quentina just wants to keep her head down, and secretive Smitty is watching them all.

When a mysterious note is pushed through every door saying 'we want what you have' it seems someone else is watching the residents, but who is it? And why?
