Paul Hollywood's City Bakes will see the 49-year-old bake his way around the world where he will explore the recipes that have shaped the baking heritage of each city.
The 10-part series will see Paul travel to Madrid, Miami, Munich, Warsaw, London, Naples, New York, St Petersburg and Copenhagen, where he will fuel his passion by delving into the heart of local food and culture.
In each 30 minute episode, Paul will uncover hotel delicacies and family recipes, including little known historic pastries and breads still loved by the locals, before adding his own 'Hollywood twist' to a classic.
Paul said: "Food culture can reveal so much about a nation so it's a privilege to be able to delve into the lives of fellow bakers and discover some really amazing international bakes."
In what will be a fusion of food and travel, in between recipes on the show, Paul will explore the sights of each destination allowing viewers a taste of what each city has to offer.
