The Apprentice returns tonight with Lord Alan Sugar and Baroness Karren Brady joined by new advisor Claude Littner to put the candidates through their paces.

There are 18 hopefuls this year, all looking to prove their worth and become Lord Sugar's new business partner alongside winning a £250K investment in their business.

Things kick off with a task designed to test several of the most important skills in business: product creation, negotiation and selling. It won't be boys against girls as is usual for the first task, Sugar is mixing up the teams before sending them off to Billingsgate Market.

Once at London's famous fish market, they have to negotiate for some first class seafood, before mass manufacturing it into lunch items to sell to hungry Londoners. Who will make the most profit and escape the firing line?
