It's back! The new series of The Apprentice kicks off tonight with a fish task, which really does test the candidates' business sense.

But before the task is the candidates' first surprise - coming face-to-face with Lord Alan Sugar's new aide Claude Littner (farewell Nick Hewer)!

The teams will be mixed for the first time in Apprentice history. Lord Sugar explains the candidates must haggle for the best price on seafood before transforming it into profitable lunchtime meals to be sold to the public.

The aim is to make as much profit as possible to avoid being in the firing line in the boardroom and the first candidate to be fired.

So with that in mind, Team Versatile and Team Connexus set off to Billingsgate Market to negotiate prices for first-class fish and seafood.

They must then mass-manufacture their ingredients into tempting lunch meals before reeling in hungry Londoners to buy their finished product.

Who will succeed?

Episode two airs tomorrow evening, Thursday 15th October, 9pm on BBC One.
