Animal lovers get ready as we're off to the modern-day Skeldale Veterinary Centre, the original practice of the late Alf White (aka James Herriot of All Creatures Great and Small fame) for new series The Yorkshire Vet.

It's access all areas as we meet Julian Norton and his partner Peter Wright and their team. They want to uphold the spirit and values of the past, but administer the medicine of the future.

They're based in a purpose-built facility and they're trained to treat any animal, whatever its size. From alpacas to piglets, cats to cows, hamsters to horses and bulldogs to bullocks, no animal is too big or small and tender loving care is a must.
