Noel Fitzpatrick leads the world when it comes to cutting-edge veterinary surgery and twice a year he leaves his surgery to stage festivals for like-minded dog lovers...

Tonight, we'll follow him in Supervet In The Field. Over 10,000 owners and their dogs join Noel at Loseley Park, Surrey, for all kinds of eccentric madness from speed puppy training to a 'guess the weight of your dog' stall.

The vet will also be reunited with some of his most challenging cases of the past year. Firstly, there's Sox, a Great Dane who needed a replacement spinal disc, and then Obi, a Labrador who needed shoulder surgery.

We'll meet a brave woman whose difficult rehabilitation from serious injury was helped by her friendship with a therapy golden retriever, and the show closes with a massive dog walk.
