We're back at Liverpool Women's Hospital to witness the miracle of birth in this week's One Born Every Minute.

Alyshea and Maculay are 19 and have been together since they were 12. The childhood sweethearts were surprised to find Alyshea was pregnant, but excited. Alyshea's water broke at 18 weeks, leaving the baby susceptible to infection and complications, but careful monitoring has seen her make it to 28 weeks. Will their baby pull through?

Pregnancy was also a surprise for 25-year olds Kevin and Emma, who thought they'd be travelling Thailand rather than preparing for a baby. Can Kevin overcome his squeamishness and be strong for Emma?

And Samantha and Paul want the birth of their second child to be different after a complication with their first, but their nerves aren't helped by being taken to the same delivery room on almost the same date as before.
