She did not directly mention being sacked from Hollyoaks, but added: "Gym and exciting stuff now. Let's have it #gym #prepare #determined."
Stephanie was axed "with immediate effect" earlier this week, with the C4 soap confirming she would not be filming any more scenes in her role as Sinead O'Connor.
Her agent then revealed that Stephanie had been sacked for turning up to work late and drunk.
A statement read: "Stephanie's contract was terminated following warnings for lateness, attendance and after a final incident in which she turned up to set unfit to work because of alcohol consumption."
When a fan suggested she should have been offered help, Stephanie suggested: "I have no problems don't believe everything you read. I'm staying quiet and rising above it. I know what's true and what's not. I'm all good xx."
Stephanie, who is dating model Sam Reece, had only recently signed a new contract to remain with Hollyoaks until spring 2016.
Reports say that Stephanie had notched up 'at least 20' incidents.
