Each week she'll draw inspiration from a favourite place where she loves to spend time and cook up dishes that remind her of there. Tonight she's in the British countryside where she loves to go walking with her dogs and family as well as foraging for wild ingredients.
She'll begin by preparing some delicious mushroom Scotch eggs, then she'll go looking for wild varieties of mushroom in the New Forest before cooking up a delicious garlic mushrooms on toasted brioche.
A simple game dish, perfect for a dinner party or family supper, made up of paprika pheasant with mushroom sauce is next on the menu. A no-fuss hearty sausage lasagne and some easy mini-apple cakes finish things off. Our mouths are watering already.
