It's the 60th anniversary of the Eurovision Song Contest this year and tonight the BBC are hosting a special concert showcasing some of the best songs from the competition in Eurovision's Greatest Hits.

The event at London's Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith is hosted by Graham Norton and Sweden's Petra Mede, and features a mix of classic and contemporary acts as well as a show-stopping final performance.

Among the acts are reigning Eurovision champ Conchita Wurst, who'll sing Rise Like A Phoenix, and Lordi, the first and only hard rock band to win back in 2006, who will perform Hard Rock Hallelujah.

Mr Eurovision, Johnny Logan, the only person to win three times – twice as a performer, once as a songwriter, will do a medley of the songs he won with. The UK will be represented by our 1976 winners Brotherhood of Man singing Save All Your Kisses For Me.
