It's a happy time for Yvonne and Gary, who at 41 and 48 thought the opportunity to be parents had passed them by. Will Gary's big personality and Liverpudlian humour get Yvonne through the labour?

Meanwhile, it's not all smiles for Jennifer, who's 25, and her partner Darran, 26, who were told at their 20-week scan their baby had a heart defect. They'll only know how badly it might affect her once she's born. It's a difficult wait, but will it have a happy outcome?
