Peggy Mitchell returns in new EastEnders trailer ahead of live shows!

EastEnders fans are waiting with baited breath as Lucy Beale's killer is FINALLY revealed this week - and here's the latest trailer to get you really excited!

To mark the BBC One soap's 30th Anniversary, there will be live elements to every single episode this week starting tonight (16 February) and viewers will see the return of some familiar faces too.

In the new promo clip, Peggy Mitchell (played by Barbara Windsor) can be see arriving at the Queen Vic as mystery surrounding Lucy's death reaches fever pitch.

The short video also shows several of the suspects to the murder - including Lucy's dad Ian Beale and friend Abi Branning - before Lauren Branning confesses to Lucy's brother Peter that she knows how his sister was killed.

"I found something she died," she desperately tells him.

Throughout the clip, Dot Cotton's (June Brown) voice can be heard saying: "Murder, it's such an ugly word and it's so black, so frightening.

"The thought that one human being can be capable of ending another human life, just like that, like it was nothing..."

Meanwhile, as well as the conclusion to Lucy's murder and the return of some familiar faces, EastEnders is going to air its first ever episode from 1985 to celebrate this week's anniversary.
