Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald will be releasing 'Let In The Sun', taken from their No 1 album III, in March.
Now performing as a trio, the lads' track is said to be a "dance floor hit" and a nod to their early year's of party anthems.
Could we be hearing a throwback to the Take That & Party days?!
In September, Jason Orange confirmed that he had decided to leave Take That. However, his departure has not rocked the three remaining singers.
Gary, Mark and Howard released their single 'These Days' and album III in the autumn and both zoomed straight to the top of the charts.
This year, the band will embark on a sell-out arena tour and, yesterday, it was confirmed Take That will headline the 2,000-fan War Child gig at Shepherds Bush Empire in London.
They will also be performing at this year's Brit Awards.
'Let In The Sun' goes on sale on 2 March.
