At The Vic, Phil questions Charlie's motives to Ronnie and suggests he doesn't have it in him to send his father away. It seems he's right when back at the Cottons' Ronnie sees Nick sat with his family. Yvonne claims the ferry was cancelled, but with Charlie unable to look her in the eye, Ronnie knows all is not as it seems…

Sheepish Gary returns home and promises Fay he'll find the money to buy her a new pair of headphones. But Owen's having none of his empty words and claims even Anna's had enough of her son.
Feeling low, and with his attempts to raise some cash unsuccessful, Gary decides his only option is to rob the café when Roy goes out with Carla later.
Pocketing Anna's keys, Gary has no idea Roy's not gone out at all, and when Gary lets himself in, a frightened Roy thinks it's the teens who've been harassing him and smacks Gary to the ground with a cricket bat. Will Gary be ok?

Megan is worried Jai only proposed to her for Archie's sake, but he tries to convince her he's genuine and he wants her to be his wife.
When they're out with Archie later, Jai and Megan are both alarmed when they spot the man who sold him his son back. Knowing it's the only possible link to Rachel's whereabouts, Megan wants to do something, but will Jai let her? And will his behaviour make her mind up about marrying him?
