The showbiz veteran will reunite with Tess Daly, as the pair will host a special show, which will see four talented young ballroom champions take to the dance floor.
The young dancers will showcase their skills in teams alongside the show's professional dancers, performing to 'You Make Me Feel So Young' and 'Happy Feet'.
Team Glitter is made up of professional dancers Anton du Beke and Natalie Lowe with juniors Elliot and Mia. Meanwhile, Team Sparkle is made up of pro dancers Tristan MacManus and Aliona Vilani with juniors Daniel and Ella.
In a Strictly first, the teams of four will compete head-to-head in a bid to win the Pudsey glitterball trophy.
Both groups will perform a combination of the Foxtrot and the Quickstep, and as always, their fate will be decided by Strictly judges Len Goodman, Darcey Bussell, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood.
In April, Bruce announced he was standing down as co-host of the popular BBC One show after 10 years, but it was confirmed that he would continue to host the Children In Need and Christmas specials of the dancing competition.
During the launch episode of Strictly's current twelfth series, Bruce bowed out of the show in style by leading a flashmob dance, before handing over to new presenting duo Tess and Claudia Winkleman.
Yesterday, the line-up for Strictly's Christmas special was announced, which Bruce will be hosting once again with Tess.
Tune into the BBC Children in Need appeal show on Friday 14th November on BBC One from 7.30pm.
