The camp's medic Dr Bob McCarron told newspapers today that crew members have already been bitten by unwelcome visitors around the jungle.
A venomous red-bellied black snake and a rough scale snake have been seen slithering around, along with funnel web spiders and huge micro tickets.
"We found a venomous snake in camp this week. And we found another species in a camera hide which can also kill."
Around 30 crew members have been affected so far and Bob said he'd warned the celebrities that about half of them will be bitten by tickets. Needless to say, they weren't too happy!
Bob said: "Ticks crawl in trousers and end up in the groin. They go everywhere but they like those areas in particular. It takes about two days to get better. They are so tiny we have a pen like you use for skin cancers to freeze it and kill it to get it out."
Ten celebrities will be entering the Aussie jungle on Sunday night, with Ant & Dec back at the helm for a 14th series.
The first big twist of the year has already been announced: the celebrities will be split into two groups before arriving in the jungle, with one group being sent to normal camp and the other sent to the 'celebrity slammer', a jungle-style jail.
Viewers can already vote online for which group goes where. One member of the group which heads to jail will be in danger of getting the first Bushtucker Trial.
