The 25-year-old from East Sussex says he's not interested in blending into the background and instead "wants to be memorable and stand out."
He says: "I'm one of the most interesting looking people here today in my opinion. A lot of people are humdrum black suits, grey suits, but I want to be memorable and stand out."
Robert served in the Territorial Army as an officer before graduating from university and landing a job in global marketing for an international brand in the sports nutrition field. He says that sort of success doesn't come from luck.
He describes himself as "condident but not over confident, fearless and ambitious." He also thinks it's good to have an ego, but not an ego in overdrive.
His biggest business mistake? Well, he hasn't ever made one!
He says: "I'm fearless, and if I don't shut up about something, you should just trust it's a well thought out decision."
