The 32-year-old from London wants to impress Lord Alan Sugar and his aides Nick Hewer and Karren Brady in the new series of the BBC One show, hopefully winning the £250,000 business investment.
Sarah is a former PA who now works as an executive assistant at a top financial firm. She also runs her own hypnotherapy practice on Harley Street and has a match-making business.
She admits she likes hanging out at "high end" places and in "affluent, nice areas" and has no time for jealously, bitchiness or nastiness.
Sarah describes herself as "hard-working, positive and tenacious." She says she's a great sales person who could "sell ice to an Eskimo" and although she has a bossy streak, she doesn't think that's a bad thing in a leader.
She says: "I am the pioneer and the ground breaker, and I possess all the talents to succeed."
