The deeply ambitious 32-year-old from Dublin is hoping to win the £250,000 investment from Lord Alan Sugar in the new series of the BBC One show, and reckons she'd be a great business partner for him.
Roisin says she can see quickly and clearly where things are going and she will work incredibly hard to achieve her dream. She describes herself as "confident, driven, creative and a risk taker".
The Irish businesswoman cites Real Housewives star Bethenny Frankel as a major inspiration, as Bethenny spotted a gap in the market and launcher her Skinny Girl Cocktails range, which was sold for huge profit.
Roisin says: "Manipulate, persuade and conquer. I would identify my opponents' weaknesses and pick them off one by one."
