Jemma, 26, is passionate about dancing and first taught pupils when she was just 13 years old.
The businesswoman, from the West Midlands, now works as an Operations Manager after founding her own entertainment cabaret agency, and she looks up to X Factor honcho Simon for inspiration.
Speaking about her forthcoming appearance on The Apprentice, Jemma says she is determined to succeed in becoming Lord Alan Sugar's business partner.
"I'm always the girl that nearly wins, I'm hoping this time it will be different," she said.
The Apprentice, 9pm, BBC1, Tuesday 14 October.
