With thousands of fans, mainly sunny weather (although some heavy rain) and a host of celebrities, it was guaranteed to be a weekend of fun as the festival took place simultaneously in London and Birmingham from Friday to Sunday (4 - 6 July).
Check out some highlights from London's Wireless Festival held at Finsbury Park:
1. Kanye West headlines two nights in London AND former headliner Drake gives him a shout-out.
Fans of Kanye appreciated the visual and creative production of his two-hour set, where he delivered his latest Yeezus hits, as well as old material and fan favourites including 'All Falls Down' and 'Through The Wire'.
Kanye, who was framed by a giant LED screen, faced some jeers as he spoke to the crowd at length during a performance of 'Runaway', where he also told of his initial plans to marry wife Kim Kardashian West from seven years ago.
There was no denying the reach of Kanye's chart-topping hits though, as fans sang and rapped along to his tracks, word for word. And on both nights, the 37-year-old received rapturous applause after closing his set.
As previously reported, Canadian rapper Drake was forced to pull out of headlining Wireless at the last minute due to illness, meaning Kanye had to take his place. Although at home resting, Drake thanked Kanye for covering his slot and for performing three of his songs at the festival.
"Man I appreciate Kanye playing 'Trophies' at Wireless so much," Drake wrote on Instagram. "I just keep watching the video over and over. Thank you Ye for giving me that joy tonight."
2. Pharrell Williams makes fans VERY happy...
Pharrell came on stage, told everyone they were "beautiful", gave fans words of wisdom about how they should all "strive to be different" and then delivered a back catalogue of his chart-topping songs, including recent feel-good hit 'Happy'.
Long-time fans of the Grammy award-winning musician were delighted to hear music from his N.E.R.D days, as well as his Neptunes-produced hits.
Pharrell asked the crowd mid-way through his set, "Who came to party tonight?!" Of course, everyone screamed "yes", and from there the 41-year-old delivered hit after hit, and we didn't want it to stop!
3. Little Mix join Outkast on stage for 'Hey Ya'!
US hip-hop duo Outkast made their return to London in style this weekend as part of a reunion to mark their 20-year anniversary.
While Andre 3000 and Big Boi performed their individual hits, they also delivered fan favourites including 'Roses', 'Ms. Jackson' and 'So Fresh, So Clean'. One of our personal highlights was seeing Little Mix join the duo on stage for a bit of booty shaking to the ever-popular 'Hey Ya!'
Little Mix were definitely shaking it like a Polaroid picture!
4. Rita Ora and Iggy Azalea bring a whole lot of girl power to the stage!
Iggy rocked the Wireless crowd on Friday evening and sent them into a frenzy after performing 'Work' and 'Fancy'. When Rita ran out on stage and started singing their collaborative track, 'Black Widow', the girls certainly got everyone up on their feet.
Although Rita wasn't billed for Wireless Festival this year, her surprise appearance was welcomed by fans, and we think she and Iggy make a pretty fierce duo!
5. Bruno Mars is a born entertainer!
Bruno delivered an exceptional set of his greatest hits to the crowd on Sunday night, complete with a few fireworks! He proved to be a great performer - pitch perfect, note perfect and dance moves that Michael Jackson would be proud of!
While showing off even more hip thrusting moves, Bruno and his live band performed favourites including 'Treasure', 'Grenade' and 'Locked Out of Heaven', which kept the crowd singing and dancing all the way to the far back.
Bruno continued the fun at his after party in the early hours of the morning, where he played an impromptu set on the DJ decks at Playboy Club London.
Also gracing the stage over the three days was Robin Thicke, whose 'Blurred Lines' hit was an instant party starter. Jay Z's talented protégé and Roc Nation signee J. Cole warmed up the crowds for Ellie Goulding's high-energy set. Rudimental were joined by Ella Eyre and John Newman for their anthem filled slot, while Sean Paul delivered quite a party with his hit-filled set. Tinie Tempah and Labrinth also rocked the stage with their chart-topping hits.
And which celebrities did we spot in the VIP area?
Britain's Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon, TOWIE's Lauren Pope, Conor Maynard, Frankie Sandford and fiancé Wayne Bridge, as well as X Factor star Tamera Foster. Meanwhile, Nicole Scherzinger was casually hanging out with Pharrell and Kanye backstage... as you do!
