Mixing archive footage with interviews and music, the Nation's Favourite Motown Song counts down Britain's 20 favourite hits.

Bringing the genre of music to the masses for the first time, Motown was originally run out of a tiny studio in downtown Detroit before it became a world-wide phenomenon.

Featuring contributions from Motown megastars including Smokey Robinson, Tito Jackson, Martha Reeves, and key members of The Temptations, The Supremes, and the Four Tops, the show is narrated by Craig Charles.

And if the music has you wanting more, all the songs from the programme are to feature on a brand new compilation album, The Nation's Favourite Motown Songs, too.
