Dad-of-four David went on a top secret expedition to the Amazon rainforest in March to film David Beckham: Into The Unknown, where he explored the other side of Brazil with three friends.
The 90 minute documentary follows David as he flies 5,000 miles from London to South America, staying briefly in Rio de Janeiro and then on to Manaus in the heart of the rainforest.
The journey seems quite daunting at first, as footage from the trailer shows David with eldest son Brooklyn as he makes preparations.
David is also seen looking at a large map with his wife Victoria, who declares: "Wow, that is a long way."
At one point, fashion designer Victoria even asks: "What are you going to do about your hair?!"
David and his friends Derek White and Dave Gardner travel by motorbike and boat, are guided by locals as they visit the tiny community of Angelin, cross the river Negro to the banks of the Cuieras River, and travel deeper into the rainforest to meet the remote Yanomami tribe.
David Beckham Into The Unknown will air on BBC One in June.
