The young duo, abbreviated as BAM, received the most public votes after their performance during Thursday night's live semi-finals (29 May).
BAM - made up of rapper Leondre Devries and vocalist Charlie Lenehan - were joined by violinist Lettice Rowbotham, who earned the second highest public votes. Lettice beat tap group, Innova Irish Dance Company, to the coveted spot.
BAM had a lot of support on the night, not only from judge Simon Cowell - who chose them as his golden buzzer choice - but from US chat show host Ellen DeGeneres.
Popular duo BAM had appeared on Ellen's chat show last week, and the host was tweeting her support all the way from the States!
Ellen wrote on Twitter last night: "Vote. Call. Tweet. They deserve it. #BAMToWinBGT."
BAM and Lettice now join Wednesday night's winners (28 May), singer Lucy Kay, and dancers Yanis Marshall, Arnaud and Mehdi, who are also nicknamed 'Men in Heels'.
Other finalists from the week include Essex singer James Smith and dance troupe The Addict Initiative, as well as operatic group Collabro and illusionist Darcy Oake.
The judges will also have the opportunity to choose a wildcard act, in which they have to collectively decided which previously eliminated contestant they would like to return.
BGT's live finals take place on saturday 7 June. The winner will take home £250,000 and a spot at the Royal Variety Performance.
