Simon Cowell had plenty of praise for The Addict Initiative, calling them the best dance group since 2009 winners Diversity!

Simon was also very impressed with James, tweeting late last night: "A very good winner tonight on Britain's Got Talent - James. Already shaping up to be a really good final next week."

During the results show, singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran also took to the stage to perform his new single, 'Sing'.

James and The Addict Initiative now join operatic group Collabro and illusionist Darcy Oake in the finals.

The finals of BGT will take place on Saturday 7 June and the judges will also have the opportunity to choose a wildcard act, in which a previously eliminated contestant will return to battle it out for the £250,000 prize money and a spot at the Royal Variety Performance.

Britain's Got Talent continues tonight (27 May) at 7.30pm on ITV.
