Ian's in complete shock and unable to digest the news Lucy is dead. He's determined to go and see his daughter, but the police encourage him not to, revealing they think she was the victim of a random mugging that got out of hand.

It's the worst moment of his life when he identifies the body and then has to go home and break the news to the rest of the family.

Jane is overcome with grief as they sit down to reveal what's happened to Bobby and Cindy, and then Ian has to tell Peter his twin sister has died. How will the Beales cope?

Emmerdale, ITV, 7pm

Moira is desperate to dodge James and his questions about Adam's paternity, but it's not long before James gets the opportunity to air his suspicions.

Under pressure, Moira's insistent James has got it wrong and in his frustration at not getting the answers he's after, James slams he tractor into reverse, with no idea Adam is in its direct line.

Adam's forced to dive out of the way, but despite the accident, James remains determined to get to the bottom of the situation. Moira finally explains Adam was born two months early, meaning John was definitely his dad, but is she telling the truth?

With most of the village gunning for Fraser, his time is running out as he tries to flee.

He's persuaded Tegan to go with him, and as she prepares to leave with Fraser and their daughter, Danny's determined to stop them going.
