Britain's Got Talent is coming back with a bang this weekend as the search to find the UK's next biggest star continues - but who will be crowned the winner of this year's eighth series?

Reveal caught up with some of the hopefuls backstage at the London auditions in February, where they had to perform in front of judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Amanda Holden.

Age: 18 - 20.

Tell us a bit about yourself?

We all auditioned as soloists on The X Factor last year. We all got to bootcamp and became really good friends, but we didn't make it any further in the competition. We thought it would be really good if we formed a group, so we met up soon afterwards and here we are!

How are you different to other boy bands?

Harmonies, definitely. Most boy bands will only do a few harmonies, but we like to throw them in the verse too. Where you have a firm leader like in The Wanted and One Direction, we don't have that. We don't have a single leader. We're all leaders. We're all pretty confident in our ability to sing because we all got so far on The X Factor.

What song will you be performing for the judges?

We're going to sing 'Give Me Love' by Ed Sheeran. It's quite an emotional song, so you've got to keep it mellow at first and then on the last chorus it picks up, so we'll take the mic stands and go towards the crowds and get it going a little bit.

How are you hoping to impress Simon?

We can't do any better than our best. We've just got to show him what we can do. We're all very unique in our voices. It's five different voices and there's no two people that sound the same. There's an opening for another boy band in the market at the moment, and if Simon is looking for a boy band, then we can be it.

If you don't make it through, what will you do?

Then we're going to cry! Honestly, if we don't make it, we'll still stay together. We've only been together six months but we're really close. It's hard rehearsing because we all live in different areas, but we get together every couple of weeks. We want this as a full time job.

Will Recall do enough to go through to the next rounds? Find out when Britain's Got Talent returns to our screens this weekend. Ant and Dec will host the main show, while Stephen Mulhern will present the ITV2 spin-off series, Britain's Got More Talent.

Britain's Got Talent returns on Saturday 12 April at 7.15pm on ITV1.
