Sitting next to Simon on a sofa, returning judge Cheryl says being on X Factor changed her life – and it could change someone else's life too.
Cheryl was actually already really successful before being on X Factor, thanks to Girls Aloud, so we're wondering if she's referring to the fact she got her big break on another reality show, Popstars?
Or maybe she just means her life changed as she went from being famous to super, super famous!
Either way, the point of the promo is that X Factor can change the lives of its most successful acts – not just the winners as One Direction, JLS, Olly Murs etc will tell you.
The video marks Cheryl and Simon's first official bit of X Factor work together since Cheryl announced her return to the show on 10 March.

Cheryl had left in 2011 to join Simon on the US edition but, as we all know, was sacked after just a few days amid rumours of concern the US audiences might not understand her accent.
The 'Parachutes' singer joined Simon at a photocall and press junket in London on 11 March, showing off a newly-dyed blonde hairdo and revealing Simon had to beg, cry and bombard her with phone calls in order to win her back.
Judges three and four have yet to be decided yet but we do know Cheryl will have a say in picking them. Simon was spotted out with long-time judge and friend Louis Walsh earlier this week so we have a feeling his name is definitely on the cards.
X Factor's eleventh series will air on ITV later this year.
