Viewers have already seen Ferne confess to Charlie that she cheated on him with Frank Major, explaining that her time with them both had "overlapped".
Ferne called things off with Charlie during Wednesday's show, saying that she needed to be on her own, but moments later she was greeted by Frank, who confessed that he wanted to be with her.
Now in Sunday's episode (2 March), it appears that Ferne is still torn between the two men in her life, and sits down with Frank for a chat. Interesting!
Meanwhile, Charlie bumps into Sam and Billie Faiers at the supermarket and gives his take on the latest developments.
Trouble could be brewing in another relationship too, as James Lock confides in best friend Dan Osborne that the cheating rumours are stressing him out.
Last week, James and girlfriend Danielle Armstrong went house hunting but Danielle revealed to Jessica Wright that rumours about James having a fling had been playing on her mind.
On Sunday, viewers will see Danielle seek more advice from Jess, and go over to her house for a chat with Carol and Nanny Pat.
Dani vows that she would end it with James if the rumours proved to be true and concludes that they she can't move in with him until she can completely trust him.
Later on, James also speaks to Jess about people interfering in his relationship with Dani.
Things also seem to be developing between Tom Pearce and Fran Parman. In the last episode, it emerged that the pair had previously spent the night together while on holiday in Ibiza with their pals.
This week, Tom and Fran were also pictured getting cosy on a romantic skiing date, but after Tom questions Fran about her feelings for mutual friend James 'Diags' Bennewith on Sunday, it's clear that a love triangle is emerging.
Elsewhere, pregnant Billie shows her support for sister Sam following her diagnosis of Crohn's Disease, by hosting a 'shake' party with Ferne.
The drama continues in TOWIE on Sunday 2 March at 10pm on ITV2.
