The unborn baby can be seen in an ultrasound scan when pregnant Billie attends an appointment to check on the child and to discover that it's a girl.
In the shots, taken from tomorrow's episode of TOWIE (Saturday 23 February), Billie can be seen holding fiancé Greg Shepherd's hand as they see their tiny baby on the hospital screen.
After her exciting morning, Billie then reveals all about the baby and her new engagement to friends and family later in the day.
But it's not all good news in the Faiers family, as sister Sam is seen talking to Billie and mum Suzanne about her recent diagnosis of Crohn's Disease.
Although her sister and mum break down in tears, Sam insists she feels much better now she knows what the mystery illness is.
Sam, who lost over a stone since becoming ill during Celebrity Big Brother in January, says: "I just feel so much better now that after the last five, six weeks not knowing what was wrong with me.
"The weight loss, not being able to hold food down, that thing that come out of my face - at least now the doctor's diagnosed me, and it's a shame that it's Crohn's Disease. Obviously I've got to live with it forever, but it's treatable."
Meanwhile, there's more tears in Essex as Ferne McCann and Charlie Sims have a make or break conversation to try to resolve their on/off relationship.
Relations are also still frosty between Gemma Collins and Bobby Norris after their Christmas bust up, as they attempt to bury the hatchet and reconcile at Mario's birthday party.
Not one to let a few arguments get in the way of him having a good time, Mario makes a beeline for new girl Grace Andrews and puts on his famous charm... But it looks like he has a rival for her affections!
The Only Way Is Essex returns for an 11th series with a special hour-long episode on Sunday 23 February at 10pm on ITV2
