Mum-of-one Suzanne landed in the bottom two against Kyran Bracken on Sunday night's show (16 February) and lost her place in the competition after the judges unanimously voted to save Kyran in the skate-off.
It was a bittersweet moment for Suzanne, 32, who was partnered with professional skater Matt Evers, as she had received her highest scores to date for her first skate, achieving 37 marks out of 40.
Speaking to Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford on This Morning, Suzanne said: "Last night I was really like 'it is what it is and that's fine' but I actually burst into tears and I was going to Matt - with snot bubbles - 'Please just help me out right now, I need to get myself sorted!'"
Suzanne wowed the judges with her first sultry skate to Alannah Myles' 80s hit 'Black Velvet', putting her in second place on the leader board.
Last night's show also saw the girls versus the boys in a group skate. The winning group had their scores doubled and the judges unanimously voted the boys as their winners.
The results meant that Suzanne dropped three places on the leader board, leaving her in the skate-off for the first time.
"It was really difficult and it's a bitter pill to take when you feel like you've put everything into it, and the aches and pains that you go through," said Suzanne. "I've got to be honest, I'm gutted. But at the end of the day, it is what it is."
Meanwhile, Matt, who has appeared on every series of the show since it started, added: "We've been training together since the end of October, but she did not let me down."
Kyran, Sam Attwater, Ray Quinn, Beth Tweddle and Hayley Tamaddon now remain in the 'All Stars' special of Dancing On Ice.
