The Radio 1 DJ will be stepping into Albert Square as a cleaner and he will even get a speaking part in the BBC One soap.
In a photo posted to Twitter, Nick is giving a thumbs up as he sits on top of one of the washing machines in the launderette.
And in a sneak peek video of his scene, he is wearing purple tinsel around his neck while holding a mop and bucket, as he walks into a festive party which is attended by Patrick (Rudolph Walker) and Cora (Ann Mitchell).
Nick's cameo role in EastEnders is one of many, as the 29-year-old decided to 'soap bomb' the UK's most popular soaps, which will see him gatecrash five shows.
Nick's cameo in Coronation Street has already aired, and he's also filmed for Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and even Australian soap Home and Away, when the characters popped over to the UK last month to film a special episode.
Radio 1 have also unveiled clips of Nick's appearances on their YouTube channel, in which he makes his debut.
In Emmerdale, Nick gets his car serviced by Cain Dingle, and in Corrie he pitches up at the Rovers Return and plays songs on the jukebox.
Meanwhile, in Hollyoaks, Nick had an actual speaking part while in Home and Away he bumps into the Braxton brothers while walking the streets.
