Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan took to the stage for a performance of the title track from their Midnight Memories album and judging by the insane screams at Wembley we're not the only ones with five crushes right now…
The boys' return gave this year's X Factor winner - and other contestants - a taste of what could be in store for them afterwards as the show described 1D as the biggest success story to ever come out of X Factor.
The statistics? Four million ticket sales, 38 million records sold worldwide, fastest selling album of 2013… pretty impressive.
Watching the five-piece band rocking out on stage during Sunday's finale (15 December), it was amazing to think they didn't actually win their year, instead finishing in third place behind winner Matt Cardle and runner-up Rebecca Ferguson.
Since then, it seems they've been in a constant whirlwind of promotional duties, tours, releasing music so were quite pleased to hear Harry tell Dermot O'Leary after their performance that they're getting some time off at Christmas. Although Liam joked they were all so fed up with each other they'd be enjoying the space.
Dermot also quizzed the boys on whether they'd be exchanging gifts. Apparently not. According to Harry, they're pretty bad at that. Although maybe that's for the best. What on earth would you buy a member of 1D for Christmas?!
