We already know that Lucy and Mario's ex, Pascal Craymer, will clash in tonight's show, but there is more drama ahead in the hour-long special.
It appears that Mario isn't the only person the two brunettes have been arguing over, as Lucy gets upset when she sees Pascal flirting with Tom Pearce in a hot tub.
Lucy and Tom enjoyed a brief romance during their trip to Las Vegas at the start of the series.
But in the series finale, viewers saw Lucy decide to cool things off with Tom after admitting that she was confused over her feelings for Mario.
However, in tonight's show (11 December), Lucy gets upset after spotting Tom and Pascal get close in a hot tub that they happen to be sharing with James 'Diags' Bennewith and Ferne McCann.
Tom cosies up to Pascal and the pair share private jokes while giggling over a glass of champagne.
The morning after the night before, Ferne and Lucy have a debrief about the night's events with Sam and her sister Billie Faiers, and Tom and Pascal are the hot topic.
Once with Tom, Lucy soon ends up bursting into tears over his flirting with Pascal.
But the drama soon becomes too much for Lucy, and viewers will see her bid a final farewell to Mario.
The former lovers say goodbye to each other and share a final kiss, as Lucy explains that she needs to take a break from Essex for a while.
Lucy's departure will see her take a break from filming on the ITV2 reality show, but it is not known how long for.
Last week a source exclusively told Reveal of Lucy's plans to take a "break".
The source said: "Emotionally she's torn between her feelings for Mario and a surprise new romance with Tom. She needs some time and a bit of space to clear her head."
Also on tonight's show, the Christmas spirit spurs on Bobby Norris, Chloe Sims and Lauren Pope to do a 'Random Act Of Christmas Kindness' as they end up visiting an elderly care home.
However, Bobby's act of kindness leads to a full-blown argument with his best friend Gemma Collins, and the pair exchange words over Bobby's loyalty.
Elsewhere, the Wright's unleash their competitive streak as they go head-to-head with the Bloor's for the best Christmas decoration!
The families go all out for the occasion and invite the neighbours to judge the best festive-themed house.
The Only Way is Essexmas airs tonight (Wednesday 11 December) at 10pm on ITV2.
