When a 'for sale' sign goes up outside The Vic, Alfie goes to beg Phil not to make them homeless, but Phil confirms he is definitely evicting Alfie and Kat.

Roxy enters mid-argument and Alfie turns to her, appealing to her better nature, but Phil insists the only way he will reconsider is if Alfie begs for Roxy's forgiveness. Alfie can't do that and leaves.

Thinking they've won, Roxy and Phil are stunned later when Alfie chucks the infamous Queen Vic bust through their window! The war is on.

Marcus and his gang of heavies turn up to get payment off Ross and ransack the farm.

Moira is held back by the men as they beat Adam up and then they lock her in the van.

Cain and Ross arrive to sheer devastation. Butler's farm is trashed, an ambulance needs to be called for Adam, and Cain and Moira start arguing over how to handle the situation. What will happen now?

Hollyoaks, C4, 6.30pm

After seeing a recent newspaper with Darren in it and realising Darren's not dead as Sienna told him, Tom starts asking lots of questions trying to catch her out.

She snaps when he asks about Darren's funeral, so Tom decides to play the long game to get out of there.

When she's leaving, he claims a headache and asks her not to lock him in, so he can go outside and get some fresh air to clear his head, but she refuses and bolts the door on her way out.

Beside himself and desperate Tom throws his game against the wall, and when he sees the plaster is crumbling away, he realises he may have found a way out…
