The Westlife star was voted by the public to take part in the 'Cave Danger' Bush Tucker Trial, giving Joey Essex a well-deserved rest!
But as Kian, 33, prepares to win meals for his camp, he can't hide his nerves. "It's nerve wracking for sure," he said. "I'm excited, I'm nervous."
Although after a pep talk from some of his campmates, Kian gets into the right mindset and even uses one of Joey's most popular catchphrases - reem!
"I'm looking forward to it," he later explained. "It's going to be reem. There are nine stars up for grabs today because three people won't be in camp so nine stars is what I want. Full stop.
"I was fairly sure that Joey was going to be up for the trial this morning but I'm delighted for him. He really deserves some time off."
Campmate Annabel Giles was cheering Kian on, saying that he's like a "champion ready to fight."
However, David Emanuel thought Kian's initial nerves was simply down to competition from Joey. He explained: "Don't forget Joey's done incredibly well and boys being boys, he wants to prove he can do it as well so that's the added pressure."
After being walked to the bridge by Alfonso Ribeiro and David, Kian makes his way to the trial, where the show's hosts Ant and Dec explain that he will be lowered into a series of caves and water-filled tunnels, where he will collect stars.
Of course, it's no Bush Tucker Trial without some unwanted company, and Kian has to endure snakes, rats, spiders, eels, cockroaches and crickets!
Find out how Kian gets on in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! tonight (Wednesday 27 November) at 9pm on ITV.
