I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here's Kian Egan won't shy away from any disgusting Bush Tucker Trials, according to his former Westlife bandmate Nicky Byrne.

Kian entered the Australian jungle along with nine other celebrities at the weekend, hoping to be crowned the King of the Jungle 2013. So far, he hasn't been chosen by the public for any challenges but Nicky says he won't have any problem getting stuck into a nasty task if it comes his way.

He'll host a Childline concert tomorrow night.

"I think he'll do well on the show as he won't shirk away from anything put in front of him," said Nicky during a chat with Ray D'Arcy on Irish radio station Today FM.

"I think with these kind of shows, especially I'm A Celebrity, people like to see the people crying and dying to do these kind of things but Kian will just get stuck in!"

As for whether Kian is naturally competitive, Nicky said: "Yes. Out of us all, probably me and Kian would have clashed a little bit with our competitiveness as I'm very competitive as well."

Kian is hoping to be King of the Jungle 2013.

When Kian was announced as an I'm A Celeb contestant for 2013, Nicky tweeted: "Wishing @KianEganWL the V best in his jungle ventures. Kangaroo anus? Not a bother to him! But reunion is a further yr away with those burps!"

Sadly, the reunion reference was just a joke as he told Today FM there were "absolutely" no plans to get Westlife back together any time soon. "I swear to God, sitting here now, there has never been a plan," he said, although added that he knew other bands had done it very successfully.

"Take That left it ten years and came back... they took it up to the next stage, I suppose. They came back bigger than they ever were and did stadiums. I think it came down to a lot of nostalgia and their songs were very, very good. They took it to the next level. Boyzone came back and did it to the same level they were at when they broke up, which was still enormous."

Nicky will host the Cheerios Childline Concert 2013 at Dublin's O2 Arena tomorrow night (20 November) which features music from his ex-bandmate Shane Filan, Boyzone, The Wanted, Little Mix, Conor Maynard and more.
