Ronan Keating, Mikey Graham, Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy will perform their biggest and best-loved hits in front of a live studio audience for ITV special, Boyzone at 20: No Matter What.
"To have been together for twenty years is fantastic, and this is the perfect way for us to celebrate our milestone," said the band. "We love performing in front of an audience and we can't wait to sing some of our classics once again, as well as offering our audiences something new."
During the one-hour show, which will be hosted by Dannii Minogue, the band will give exclusive performances of their new songs, and perform classics such as 'Love Me For A Reason' and 'Words.'
Boyzone will also be joined by Spice Girls member Mel C to perform a rendition of one of their biggest hits, 'No Matter What.' The rest of the show will include archive footage charting the band's career, exclusive interviews and a tribute to fifth member Stephen Gately, who passed away in 2009.
Dannii, who has shared judging duties with Ronan on The X Factor Australia this year, said: "I'm really looking forward to being back in the UK and hosting this show for some of the loveliest guys in pop. Twenty years of Boyzone, what an incredible career. It will be a night of pop music to remember."
As part of their 20th anniversary celebrations, Boyzone are gearing up to release their new album, BZ20 on 25 November. They will also hit the road for a multi-city UK and Ireland tour, which kicks off in Dublin on 28 November.
Boyzone at 20: No Matter What will be screened on ITV later this year.
