The model joined her professional dance partner, Aljaz Skorjanec, to work on her strength and attack for her upcoming Tango.
The 27-year-old Liverpudlian beauty is tackling the competition head on and it's a good thing, as Aljaz takes no prisoners!
Aljaz was drilling the mum-of-one along the course. He shouted: "Go go go, use your core, work your stamina, remember your posture and footwork!"
Abbey, who was decked out head to toe in camouflage clothing, replied: "Sir, yes sir!"
Abbey and Aljaz, who have dubbed themselves the 'A Team', climbed over walls, up ramps and along ropes as part of the assault course held in Brentwood, Essex.
Abbey, who has received positive reviews from the judges on her dancing in the past weeks, has gone to extreme measures to make sure she delivers a fierce Tango on Saturday night's show.
Last week, the pair danced the Jive to 'Can't Buy Me Love' by The Beatles. While they received a lot of praise, judge Craig Revel Horwood said Abbey didn't have any attack in her routine.
It seems after Craig's criticism, Abbey is now determined to improve. She added: "I can do it, I've got to do it so I will!"
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday (17 October) at BBC One at 6.30pm.
