The BBC announced over the weekend that Emma will front series three of the show when it returns to our screens next year, and will be joined by a new co-presenter to be announced next week.
Emma's arrival sees the departure of Holly Willoughby and Reggie Yates, who have co-presented the show for two series, since it started last year.
Holly explained that she stepped down from her role of almost two years because she wanted to find the right balance between work and family life.
The mother of two said in an official statement: "After much consideration, I will not be returning for series 3 of The Voice UK. I've had two wonderful years on the show, and I feel very privileged to have been a part of it.
"Finding the right balance between my work and family life is my priority and this has contributed to my decision. I look forward to watching the next series from my sofa, and I wish the whole team the best of luck."
Holly added on Twitter: "I leave you in the safe hands of the beautiful @Emma_Willis ...congratulations my darlin girl! Xxx."
Meanwhile, 30-year-old Reggie said: "I've had a fantastic time on the last two series of The Voice and I wish all the team the best of luck for the new series."
Emma is proving to be one of the most in-demand presenters right now, after launching her career on MTV in 2002.
Along with hosting Sunday morning breakfast show on Heart FM alongside Stephen Mulhern, Emma is the main host of Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother and continues to co-host its spin off show, Big Brother's Bit On The Side.
In an official statement, Emma 37, said: "The Voice is an absolutely brilliant TV show with the unique ability to showcase and nurture amazing raw talent. I couldn't be more excited to a part of it and I cannot wait to get started."
Taking to Twitter after the news, she added: "I'm so overwhelmed by your lovely messages re #thevoiceuk thank you so much. And for those asking, I'll absolutely still be on Big Brother."
The Voice returns January 2014.
