The Kardashian matriarch launched her Kris show this summer on a six-week trial basis on selected Fox stations in major cities in the US.
But contrary to reports in the US this week, executives at Fox have yet to make a decision on whether the show will return.
A tweet from the official Kris Jenner Show account said: "Rumours flying are false but glad everyone is still buzzing about our 6 week summer run!!!!"
The account also retweeted a follower who said a decision would not be made until late autumn.
Kris' show launched to much fanfare thanks to viewer hopes that her daughter Kim Kardashian would make an appearance following the birth of baby North West in June.
They got their wish – sort of – when Kim appeared via a video link during the series to congratulate Kris on the show.
Then, in a hugely talked about episode, Kris landed the jackpot when she convinced Kim's rapper boyfriend Kanye West to appear on her show's finale episode – and he brought a picture of North West with him! It was the first time we'd ever caught a glimpse of the new arrival.
Kris' show follows a similar format to plenty of other daytime talk shows - chat, celebrity guests, celebrity co-hosts and discussions on showbiz, lifestyle and fashion.
