It's all fun and games for The Apprentice candidates this week as they put on an army military style boot camp and a back to school event for a corporate away day.

While Alex Mills is armed with camouflage combat clothing, Kurt Wilson and Neil Clough zip up into inflatable sumo wrestler suits to conduct team building events for two major clients.

The candidates learn they have a £5000 budget and waste no time in getting their creative juices flowing.

Things don't run smoothly though as one team spend so much time thinking through themes, that they are late to meet their client.

The budget seems to go out the window for Rebecca Slater and Francesca MacDuff-Varley who go shopping for school dinners.

Trying to keep the cash under control is business analyst Jordan Poulton, who describes Rebecca as a "child in a sweet shop".

Meanwhile, the army theme comes under fire when rain sets in, and by mid afternoon, one team panic as they realise they don't have enough tasks to fill the day.

The teams must balance profit with customer satisfaction to win, but back in the boardroom, there are surprises in store and one unhappy customer, which brings Lord Alan Sugar to tell yet another candidate, "You're Fired!"

The Apprentice airs tonight, Wednesday 5 June at 9pm on BBC One.
