Tom will also be teaching Sugababe Jade Ewen to dive, along with Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe and TV presenters Jenni Falconer, Linda Barker and Charlotte Jackson.
Model Caprice, Olympic skier Eddie 'The Eagle' Edwards, boxer Anthony Ogogo and comedians Omid Djalili, Dom Joly and Helen Lederer are also taking part.
Actress Tina Malone and TV gardener Diarmuid Gavin intend on making a Splash too, while Vernon Kay and Gaby Logan will present the ITV1 show.
But it's Benidorm star Jake Canuso who might struggle the most, as he has a fear of water following the Asian tsunami that hit on Boxing Day in 2004.
"I was in the tsunami and I nearly drowned," Jake has revealed. "I was pinned down by a tree underneath four or five metres of water and I didn't go into the water for two years after that.
"I didn't realise it was such an issue until I dived here for the first time and thought: 'Have I got enough time to come up to the surface?' But now I think this experience has been a very positive part of the healing process."
The celebrities will be divided up over three separate shows and two from each programme will make it through to the semi finals.
They will all be given a score by the judges, who are Team GB's Diving coach Andy Banks, comedienne Jo Brand and former Olympic diving medalist Leon Taylor, before the phone lines are opened for viewers to vote.
