There's nothing better than gazing at pictures of baby animals, and luckily for us there are some heartwarming snaps of the newborn Gorilla to 'aww' over.
The delicate new arrival can be seen clinging onto it's mum, Faddama, and being cradled in her arms whilst having a snooze on her furry chest, looks very cozy!
We love how Faddama is gazing down at her baby, motherly love certainly exists in the Gorilla world!
The sex of the newborn isn't yet known, so the Gorilla is currently nameless.
The young Gorilla is the second offspring of father M'Tongé who arrived at the zoo in the late summer of 2014. On 19 May this year another Gorilla, Joas, gave birth to Mobali, a male.
Before these arrivals there hadn't been any newborn Gorillas at the zoo in over a decade, which is a big shame because they're so cute to look at!
