We all know us people can be posers, but who would have thought Chessington Zoo's finest could work the camera too? From sealions, to penguins, to Mo the Corella Cockatoo, Chessington's residents have been posing up a storm… and all in the name of charity.
Sea lion sisters pucker up for the lense in one snap (cute!), whilst a group of Humboldt penguins are papped sticking their beaks into another.
Speaking about the zelfie craze, Chessington's Supervisor of Animal Training said:
"We've noticed our animals love posing for pictures so, although they aren't able to take photos of themselves, we don't want them to miss out on the selfie craze. By encouraging our keepers to take zelfies of the Resort's animals, we've allowed them to feel the #instalove and we hope the public does the same."
Zookeepers have been taken the zelfies in a bid to celebrate Chessington's Conservation Fund. The fund helps to raise awareness for conservation work, both internationally and in the UK, helping to protect the future of nature and wildlife.
And Chessington is encouraging all twitter users to get in on the act too, posting your animal snaps with the hash tag #zelfie.
Keep them coming people, the zelfie is a craze we already know we are going to love.
