The X Factor

With the final only a week away the four remaining acts had to take on the huge task of singing Beyoncé and Elton John numbers. I have found this year so boring apart from my love for Sharon Osbourne. I actually don't care who wins. I mean, what have we got this year to entertain us apart from Nicole Scherzinger's strange sayings about mushrooms and Sam Bailey's "balls"?!

Sam sang 'If I Were a Boy' on Saturday night and 'Candle In The Wind' - two massive songs - and to be fair she sang well and the judges adore her. I just don't see who will buy her albums. Poor little Nicholas struggled with Elton and Beyoncé songs.

This was definitely his worst week by far and I don't think he hit a single note properly as he squealed through that Beyoncé cover. At one point, Nicholas was close to tears and an unfortunate camera shot picked up Sharon and Louis laughing, which was a bit awkward.

Luke was alright I suppose. The judges think he's a perfect fit for Glastonbury 2014, although I would say that's slightly ambitious.

Rough Copy just missed out on the final, even though they were the only act left in the competition that had energy levels and personality. Let's be honest, The X Factor is a one horse race and Sam Bailey has this in the bag.

Tom Daley on Jonathan Ross

After the frenzy surrounding Tom Daley coming out on Youtube, I thought he was so brave for going on the show. I liked the way Jonathan didn't just speak to him about coming out and discussed the new series of Splash! too, which I can't wait for. Tom comes across so motivated about his diving and despite only being 19, he seems to have an old head on those young shoulders.

When he spoke about coming out he seemed so happy with all of the support he has had from the public. He seems very genuine with this. I have many gay friends and know it must be hard to come out, but it must have been 10 times worse for him, so I am glad the public have been lovely. When he spoke about his boyfriend you could tell that he is very much in love - it was written all over his face! My heart sank when he admitted that he "can't get him out of his head" too. Bless him!

His family seem to have really supported him through coming out and I found it particularly sweet when he spoke about his Dad, who died when he was younger. I think Tom came across amazing in this interview and I am so happy for him to have had the courage to do this, as it will help others and it has really made me warm to him even more.

What Happens in Kavos

This show literally shocked me so badly that my sons are never allowed to go on a lads holiday, EVER! The first episode in this series focused on the girls in the Greek resort. These girls did not care what they were doing. Firstly, they were all paralytic (which I am not one to judge on), but then they all proceeded to try and sleep with any boy they could, while giving each other piggy backs and breaking each others' legs! I am so shocked girls would behave in this way. It's definitely made me feel better about all the paparazzi shots of myself falling into the back of a taxi.

December 2013

These girls basically go to Kavos with the main aim of getting as drunk as possible and sleeping with as many guys as they can and they are completely open and honest about this. I get that, but I hope to God they got paid to talk about this on television, as their parents will certainly have something to say when they finally see the show. I know I would, if I was their mum! I cannot wait for this week's instalment and am already placing bets on how many legs will get broken.

Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners

I loved Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners this week on Channel 4. I am a little bit OCD myself but nowhere near the level of some of these people! The houses that the two 'cleaners' went in to tackle were disgusting. I mean, how can people live like that? Not only is it filthy and disgusting, but I don't understand how they can find anything in there! Glen volunteered to clean David's house, which was beyond disgusting. His food was just piled up in the kitchen, on the floors and the worktops. David had this old fashioned fridge which was mouldy and Glen nearly threw up at the smell of it. He was storing food in it and things were even iced into it! I'm surprised David isn't ill from using his kitchen in that state, especially since some of his food packets were 5 years out of date.

Dirty Kitchen on Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners - Channel 4 - December 2013

Zahra meanwhile headed to Jo's house, which was piled floor to ceiling with clothes, food and rubbish. How on Earth can she let her poor kids live in a house like that? Her husband didn't want to throw anything away either – I would have just skipped the lot behind his back! Plus how could they invite anyone round? How embarrassing. While I hate the dirt, I am no way near as OCD as some of the people volunteering to clean on this show. A few of the woman were swabbing champagne glass stems to see how dirty they were. When I have a glass of fizz that's the last thing on my mind!

The X Factor

I want to say that I'm mega disappointed Tamera Foster was sent home, but I'm not. She is definitely the one who will go the furthest in the future, in my opinion, but I don't think she is ready for that kind of career just yet. She's got a lot of work to do before she is ready, so it might actually do her good to leave the competition at this point. She'll get signed for sure and then maybe she can work on herself a bit more before she is launched back into the limelight.

I actually thought Rough Copy might leave the show this week. I'm still not really feeling them and I don't know why. It's hard to judge who is going to go each week now. I thought everyone did really well on Saturday and I even really enjoyed Sam Bailey's performance - which I usually don't! She obviously has a great voice, but I just don't think she is a pop star.

The X Factor's Dermot O'Leary, Tamera Foster and Luke Friend - 1.12.2013

© ITV

If I was to guess who might make it all the way, then I'd perhaps say Luke Friend after his impressive sing off on Sunday. Also, he's been on the biggest journey throughout the show and we all know how The X Factor loves a good journey. He didn't start as a front-runner and now he's become a real contender. And I think he is ready to become a star, unlike Tamera. He's a songwriter and a musician and he always remembers his lines. He hasn't struggled each week like Tamera did.

The X Factor's Gary Barlow- 1.12.2013

© ITV

Also, I was pleased Gary chose to take the results to deadlock instead of sending someone home himself. A lot of people said it was a copout, but The X Factor is a public show after all and I think it's great when the judges hand the decision back over to the public.

The Graham Norton Show

I don't usually flick over to Graham Norton and I can barely remember which other guests he had on the show, but I'm absolutely obsessed with Sharon Osbourne so I had to check it out last week. I honestly can't get enough of Sharon – I want to be her! She was discussing her various surgeries over the years and then she went on to tell us that her most painful procedure was having her vagina tightened! Who says that on television?!

She's just brilliant and so much fun and I also really admire the love she has for her husband Ozzy. She admitted to Graham that she and Ozzy broke up this year because he relapsed and she couldn't go through that again. But he won her back, which is so sweet. They've obviously had a turbulent life and relationship, but they can't be apart from one another. Although, Sharon did say that if Ozzy doesn't stay sober this time, she will leave him for good.

Either way, I love seeing people like her fight for their marriage and not giving up at the first hurdle. I know Sharon has had more than a few hurdles and she is such an inspiration, as a wife and a mother.

Life After Anna Nicole: The Larry & Dannielynn Story

This E! special was great – especially because I find Anna Nicole Smith so fascinating. It followed the story of Anna's ex Larry Birkhead (who Reveal chatted to last week) and their daughter Dannielynn via home footage and pretty emotional interviews. There was a reality TV element to it, as it showed the Larry and his family at their Kentucky home too. He has this huge house, which is absolutely beautiful, and he lives there with his mum, his (crazy!) sister, her kids and his nephew, who all take up so much room that Larry has to sleep on the floor. He really came across as a nice, genuine and caring guy.

'The Smurfs 2' film premiere, Los Angeles, America - 28 Jul 2013

The first time Larry actually saw his daughter was after Anna died in 2007 and he went to court for a paternity test. He went from never knowing Dannielynnn to having full custody and it was touching to see how he looks after her and tries to give her the most 'normal' life possible. He seemed like such an amazing dad.

You could also clearly tell that Larry is still besotted with Anna because he keeps her old dresses hung up in the front room and his sister even noticed that their home had basically become a shrine to her. But Larry's argument was that he keeps parts of Anna's life around the house so that Dannielynn had things to remember her mum by. I think he is still in mourning to be honest. He never saw Anna again after she split up with him and then he only found out about her death through the media. It was so sad to hear, but such an interesting story – I wanted to hear more! I really hope E! turn this special into a series, because I definitely think people would tune in.

Sam Faiers on This Morning

Now, this is a funny one because I've spoken about TOWIE each week on my blog and I have seen a lot of people slate Sam Faiers for how she may or may not have treated Joey Essex badly, but I really do like her. She came across so well on This Morning on Friday (29 November) and she obviously still loves Joey. I wouldn't be surprised if we see them get back together now because there seems to be unfinished business.

TOWIE's Sam Faiers appears on This Morning - 29.11.2013

© ITV

Sam did say that she can't watch Joey in the jungle on I'm A Celeb... and she hasn't seen a single episode, which is surprising. But she is still rooting for him to win. I also found it interesting to hear Sam admit that, if it wasn't for TOWIE, she and Joey would still be together. This just proves my point yet again that relationships are cursed by reality TV. Every relationship – friends or lovers – breaks up on TOWIE! I've been on enough reality shows to know that they can put a strain on you and your partner and I just think it's sad that these girls – and maybe guys too - go on TOWIE and they are prepared to ruin a good relationship for fame. Is it even worth it? I'm intrigued to see what Joey makes of what Sam said when he gets out of the jungle.

On a separate note, Sam is looking incredible at the minute. I don't know what she's doing but she needs to give us all some of her secrets!

The X Factor

Based on her vocals from Saturday, I don't think Hannah Barrett should have left the competition. It was her best performance yet. I thought she looked great, I really did feel for her. I think she did better than Rough Copy in the sing-off.

I think Tamera Foster has the potential to be absolutely amazing but I just don't understand why she can't learn her words. I'm not sure whether it's pressure or because she is 16 years old, but Nicholas McDonald just turned 17 and Hannah is 17 too, so it's not like Tamera is the youngest by far. I mean, Nicholas and Hannah give great performances every week and they remember all of their lyrics. Something hasn't clicked for Tamera yet, but she is by far the one who I would prefer to watch and listen to, she looks like a star. I love her new hairstyle too but the fact she can't remember her lyrics is frustrating. I agree with Gary Barlow when he said it was awkward to watch. You could see in Tamera's face that she was trying to remember the words as she was singing.

Hannah faced the bottom two with Rough Copy

I really didn't like Sam Bailey's performance of Leona Lewis' song 'Bleeding Love'. I just think that Leona's voice is so amazing. I was shocked that the judges gave her a standing ovation for it. Sam can sing but she's not going to go on to have worldwide success, I really don't think she will. They picked the right dress for Sam because she looked great though. I thought Luke Friend did a great job. I totally agree with what Sharon Osbourne said about him being a dark horse. He really needs to sort that hair out through, it's really not attractive to see! He sung so well though and it was a totally different arrangement, I was impressed.

I thought Rough Copy did a great job and I loved their performance. I also love the song they covered, which was 'Don't Let Go' by En Vogue, so I disagree with Sharon who wasn't quite keen on their song choice. Rough Copy didn't deserve to be in the bottom two either, but I do think Tamera should have been in the bottom.

Tamera forgot her lyrics on Saturday night

Nicole Scherzinger is really starting to annoy me again. She was so irritating. Yes we know you can sing, it's annoying how she keeps on putting little trills at the end of her sentences. She's hyperactive. Although she looked absolutely stunning on both shows and her hair and make up was amazing. I think Nicole should have been more honest about Tamera's performance too.

I really enjoyed the show on Saturday and Sunday. I loved the group performance with JLS. They are brilliant and it's a shame they're all going their separate ways soon. Although, at least they'll be going out on a high. I liked One Direction as well, I'm becoming a little 1D fan, I think! Harry Styles has got to be my favourite but Zayn Malik is the best looking! It was nice to see some past contestants and it shows you how many good songs have come out of The X Factor and how well the show have produced stars. I still don't see a clear winner from this year's contestants but hopefully next week, Tamera can remember her words.

The Jonathan Ross Show

I love this show anyway but when I heard that Michelle Keegan was going to be on it, I was excited because we've never really seen her being interviewed before. I've met her and she's lovely, but I was interested in seeing what she was going to say. She also looked absolutely stunning and came across really sweet too.

Jonathan showed her Mark's new calender and asked her to pick her favourite month, but it was so funny when he showed her Mark's calendar from last year. Mark was basically naked with his hands protecting his modesty and Michelle looked mortified and said she had never seen those ones before! She took it all in good humour, but she was like, 'Oh my God no, this is definitely not my favourite month'.

I also found it interesting that Coronation Street was only her second audition. She didn't tell her parents that she was going for it, but six years later she's had this massive success on the show. She also talked about her jobs before joining Corrie and told Jonathan how she kept on getting a disciplinary, and gave one example where she fell asleep in the toilet on a night shift. Jonathan then showed the studio audience the selfies of herself and Mark, which was really funny, and he kept on asking who took the photos. She came across brilliantly and I can't wait to see what she wears on her wedding day.

Gary Barlow on The Jonathan Ross Show.
ITV - 23 November 2013.

© ITV / YouTube

Gary Barlow was brilliant as well. He was talking about when Take That finished and how everyone thought he was going to be the most popular and have huge success at first, but it was all about his bandmate Robbie Williams. Gary said that it was really hard to be unpopular but he seemed so humble about it. He said when he was younger, he used to showcase his music to radio stations, and how they used to turn him down. He even said that one day he went to Elton John's management company, where one man listened to the tape, and then chucked it out of the window, telling Gary to never come back again. It was so funny because that tape had 'A Million Love Songs' on it, and that turned out to be a massive hit!

Gary also talked about his recent visit to Afghanistan and he said he wanted to give back, so he ended up performing a music session with the troops out there. Gary auditioned the soldiers for his band because he could only take a team of five people with him. He said how it was the most amazing experience and how he felt really safe once he was there. Although he did say that he realised how dangerous it was once he flew in, as he had to put a body armour on. I really like Gary, everyone loves him and he came across so well.

Fear of Flying: Caught On Camera

This show was so funny. It followed four people who are scared of flying and they took a video camera to film the build up to a flight and on the plane. It shouldn't be funny because these people have genuine fears of flying, and I'm actually terrified of flying myself so I really sympathise with them, but I couldn't stop laughing. Seeing some of the stuff that people do when they're in that state of mind was funny. On the show they said that one in five people are scared of flying, and I wasn't at all surprised about it.

There was a man called Steven, who was from Glasgow and he was going with his partner, who had never been on holiday with him before. He was petrified and as soon as he got to the airport, he chickened out and refused to get on the plane. After lots of encouragement, he finally got on, but as the plane was taking off, he began to bite the seat in front of him! He was literally biting it, it was so funny. I felt really sorry for his partner but at least she got her trip to Turkey.

Fear Of Flying: Caught On Camera
Channel 4

© Channel 4

Then there was a lady called Lucy who took four valiums before boarding to America. She rang her whole family to say she doesn't hold them responsible for her "imminent death". She was convinced that all the air stewards knew that they were going to die. As they took off, she grabbed the hand of her friend, and an elderly lady next to her who she didn't know. She then started screaming on the plane, 'We're all going to die'. It's really sad that these people are so petrified of flying. There was also a mother called Debbie, who was with her daughter, Carly. Debbie was walking around the airport, drinking wine to calm herself down. She ended up really drunk and spent the whole time panicking that they were going to die. It was very interesting and funny. Actually, I thought it was hysterical!

Keeping Up With The Kardashians

I really felt for Khloe Kardashian as she broke down about her marriage troubles with Lamar Odom. It started with Kourtney Kardashian and her partner Scott Disick talking about the fact that they had never been to dinner before as a four with Khloe and Lamar. I found that odd, as you'd expect them to go out together, seeing as the sisters are so close. Scott said that he keeps on making plans with Lamar but he cancels. Then we saw Kourtney on the phone trying to make a date, but it ended up with Khloe getting quite defensive because you could hear Lamar in the background saying he wasn't going to go.

Khloe Kardashian on Keeping Up With The Kardashian's

© E! / YouTube

Kim Kardashian really annoyed me because it felt like she sides with her mum Kris Jenner too much. Basically, Kris went into her daughter Kylie's room and decided to pack up some of her stuff because she said that she hoards too many things. So Khloe helped Kylie to get payback by going into Kris' room and packing up all of her stuff. It was so funny but Kris was fuming and Kim came in and started sticking up for Kris! Kylie then said to Kris that she didn't want her to organise her birthday and she pulled it off brilliantly. In the end, it kind of pulled Kylie and Kris closer together again.

Then there was a phone call from Lamar's management to Khloe asking where he was. Khloe opened up to her brother Rob and said how she couldn't keep on going and how she didn't know what to do. She said that Lamar was a lost soul and I really felt for her. It's amazing that she wants to make her marriage work and it seems so real, you do vow to marry in sickness and in health. Obviously we don't know the ins and outs but, if Lamar has got demons, then I understand why Khloe wants to stay and try to make their relationship work.

Nicola McLean's TV blog: "Peaches wiped the floor with Katie Hopkins!"

Nicola McLean blogs her favourite TV shows from the last week exclusively for Reveal.

Katie Hopkins and Peaches Geldof debate attachment parenting on This Morning

I think any good mum does some form of attachment parenting. There's different degrees of it, just like with all ways of parenting. But watching Peaches and Katie sat together on the sofa on This Morning, I feel it was blatantly obvious that Katie doesn't have a maternal bone in her body. It's dreadful! No-one has the right to judge someone's method of parenting (unless it's really bad of course) but I do actually feel quite sorry for Katie's children having a mum that is happy to sit on telly and slag off their friends and be so detached from them!

Then on the other hand you had Peaches, who not only surprised me but I think she surprised the nation too, because she spoke so articulately, (far more than I could ever be!) and the love she has for her children was just so obvious. She's clearly trying very hard to be a good mum. She answered every question that Holly and Phillip asked with a fair point and she really knew her stuff, even faced with Katie's judgment.

Peaches Geldof and Katie Hopkins on This Morning - November 2013

© ITV

I admit, I was horrified when I saw those pictures of Peaches' baby falling out of the pram last year, but Katie made the most of using that as an attack on Peaches' parenting and it was unfair. After watching Peaches on TV, she's clearly a good mum and she came across really well. She absolutely wiped the floor with Katie and I was so pleased, because Katie probably thought it was going to be an easy ride, but Peaches was far more intelligent and compassionate than Katie could ever be. Peaches definitely has a new fan in me and she's a great role model for young women with kids.

The Only Way Is Essex finale

I'm going to miss TOWIE so much now it's over! I thought they could have given Joey a better send off. When Mark Wright left it was a big deal and now Joey has taken over as the new Mark Wright of the show, in the sense that he's the most popular and talked about, yet he just said 'Bye' to Sam and that was it!

Lucy Mecklenburgh at Lewis Bloor's party - TOWIE - 13.11.2013

© ITV

I was screaming at my telly for Lucy and Mario to kiss at Lewis' party, although it was pretty awkward while Pascal was there. I love Mario and I've become such a fan after watching him on Celebrity Big Brother this year, but he could have warned Pascal that he was going to declare his undying love for Lucy that night. He could have handled that whole situation better. But I think Lucy and Mario were always going to get back together and I don't think it matters who else they go out with because they will always want each other. At Christmas we could definitely be seeing those two snuggled together up in their Christmas jumpers with their dogs Bentley and Lola! And I have to say, I do really want them to get back together, so I hope they do. Chloe got a bit of stick saying 'Pascal's just not Lucy', but I completely agree with her. It's not about which girl is prettier, it's the fact that Mario's heart will always want Lucy.

Being a Virgo, I don't like change, so it took me a while to like Ferne on the show, but I really do enjoy watching her now. Charlie on the other hand, I haven't warmed to. I thought their argument with Jasmin and Dan was really cringe to watch, although I like Jasmin because she isn't afraid to ruffle a few feathers. Charlie's panda gesture was sweet, but I was honestly expecting him to get down on one knee and propose and I bet Ferne was absolutely gutted that he didn't. If that was me, I'd hope my boyfriend would get a diamond ring out to make up for cheating on me 20 times! Charlie really needed to come up with something a bit more impressive than putting people in panda costumes in a shopping centre!

Charlie Sims presents Ferne McCann with panda flashmob - TOWIE - 13.11.2013

© ITV

The thing about TOWIE that gets to me is that everyone on that show has cheated on their partners at some point and then they always end up back together. Pretty much everyone has cheated on their boyfriends and girlfriends and you have to think about what kind of example that is setting to young girls watching at home and looking up to them. Even Lucy cheated on Mario first, yet she's become TOWIE's sweetheart! Maybe that's what happens when you're that hot!

The X Factor

I'm so glad that Sam Callahan went, bless him. Girls clearly like him and he knows how to perform (although he's not amazing at it!), so I think he'll have longevity in the industry. But X Factor is a singing competition and it was about time he left – my ears couldn't stand it anymore! To be honest, I wasn't blown away by any of the contestants this week. It's absolutely shocking that Tamera can't remember the words to any of her songs. She should have carried on going, instead of pausing. She can sing and she is beautiful, but I just don't think the public is connecting with her for some reason. Maybe it's because when someone is that pretty and talented, people are just going to automatically dislike them and assume that they are full of themselves? Personally, I don't think she comes across like that though.

I was really pleased that Hannah avoided the bottom two this week. She really made me smile when she was speaking about her performance with Dermot afterwards because she is just so down to Earth. Her smile makes me smile. Sam Bailey was outstanding as usual, but I wouldn't buy her records. I really like Luke and I don't understand why he was in the bottom two, but he is so lucky that he was up against Sam – although Sam did sing really well in the sing-off. Then again, it was his favourite song and we don't know how many times he's sang that song to himself at home in the mirror!

Miley Cyrus, 'The X Factor' TV show, London, Britain - 17 Nov 2013

Miley Cyrus's performance on the results show – no thank you! I am a genuine fan of Miley, I think she's brilliant. I like her songs and I admire how she has turned her image from a Disney princess into this fully-fledged pop star, but her vocals were horrendous on Sunday night. The set looked like something from my son's nativity play and she didn't do anything of any interest while she was on stage. We either want to see her twerking or sticking her tongue out or she's going to have to work on her vocals because the performance was dead boring. Gary Barlow showed everyone how it should be done. I didn't particularly love the song but I wanted to be on that stage with him.

The Jonathan Ross Show

One Direction on The Jonathan Ross Show - 16.11.2013

© ITV

I love Jonathan Ross, he's so good at what he does. The line up on his show this weekend was amazing, but one thing that hugely disappointed me was Eminem only coming on at the very end to perform. My husband Tom and I were both so excited to see him being interviewed because he's such a talent, so it annoyed me a bit that he didn't sit down and have a chat with Jonathan. But One Direction were great. I tweeted during the show that I thought Zayn came across really cool and he looked very handsome and someone tweeted me back saying 'I hope you know he's marrying Perrie Edwards!' I ended up replying to them saying 'I hope you know I'm married!' So, I had my first experience feeling the wrath of the Directioners, which was actually quite scary! Niall was definitely the funniest of the five and even though Harry seemed a bit quieter than usual, Jonathan still made it entertaining.

Oprah Winfrey and Forest Whitaker on The Jonathan Ross Show - 16.11.2013

© ITV

The interview that really grabbed me though, was Oprah Winfrey. What a woman! I wasn't aware of her past and to hear her saying that she'd had a miscarriage at such a young age, as a result of sexual abuse, and then she decided to turn her life around, it just shows you how you can overcome pretty much anything! She is such an inspiration. The way she can be so compassionate with people after having such a tough childhood makes me think that she has dealt with her demons and now she is willing to share them, which is amazing because this sort of thing still goes on with young girls today. To see Oprah sitting on The Jonathan Ross Show and she's still laughing and still warm and funny, it really was inspiring.

The Only Way Is Essex

It was clear to see that tensions were high between Tom Pearce and Elliott Wright. It all escalated after Elliott posted a photo of him, Lucy Mecklenburgh, and her dog Lola to Twitter, which infuriated Tom. It was just a coincidence that Elliott and his cousin Jessica Wright bumped into her in the park.

Tom really was fuming about the photo and he thought it was really disrespectful, but I don't think it was disrespectful at all. All Elliott said with the photo was, "These two brightened up my morning!!" If you had seen a pink dog, no matter who was walking it, I think it would brighten up anyone's day! I think Tom seems unsure of his relationship with Lucy, and probably feels a bit unsettled that she won't commit to whether they are in a relationship or not.

Tom nicknamed Elliott 'desperate Dan', which I think is a bit harsh. I don't think Elliott is being desperate, he's just trying his luck. I thought Elliott was very funny offering to buy them a drink, but it was strange that Tom was trying to make Elliott ask Lucy out in front of him. I bet in the next series, Lucy will end up going out on a date with Elliott for sure. Lucy must have something that others don't because she seems to have every man in Essex fighting over her!

Things kick off between Tom Pearce and Elliott Wright on The Only Way Is Essex - TOWIE
(Episode: 10 November 2013)

Mario Falcone's new girlfriend Pascal Craymer seems very pretty and I think Lucy is seething with jealousy because there's another hot brunette on the scene! Mario and Pascal seem to be quite serious and it's obvious that Mario really likes her, so it'll be interesting to see how Lucy moves with this.

Mario and Pascal went on a double date with Charlie Sims and Ferne McCann, who seem to have moved on extremely quickly from the fact that he slept with 20 girls since their split. We saw them kissing in bed, which was slightly cringy and embarrassing but it's nice if they can make a go of it. Although I think I would find it hard to move on that quickly if someone had cheated on me.

I was a bit confused when Lewis Bloor asked Joey Essex if he was okay with him taking Sam Faiers out bowling. It's very strange how quickly they all move on. I want Sam to get with someone on the show, and I would have liked it to work out between Sam and Elliott because I do like her. Dan Osborne and Jasmin Walia did some paddleboard yoga, and it's clear that they both like each other, so maybe that might be the new relationship in TOWIE? But, I don't really see them together. Also, it's brilliant that Ricky Rayment is getting into the charity spirit but his moustache looks dreadful! I did laugh when Jess said that she would donate a lot of money but only if he shaved off the edge! It was really funny but it's not cool.

The X Factor

I do enjoy this show but I'm just not that into it this year. Sam Callahan just can't sing and I just don't understand who is voting for him. Just because he's good looking doesn't mean he should stay in the show, it's not a modelling competition. Abi Alton became the latest act to leave the show after the judges decided to save Hannah Barrett. I felt sorry for Abi because I don't think the themes really suited her. I agreed with the judges that she was amazing in the sing-off last night, it was exactly what I loved about her.

Abi Alton sings in the sing-off on The X Factor (10 November)

© ITV

If the judges were going on the sing-off performance, I actually thought Abi sang better than Hannah. I really liked Abi because she was just so different, and at times, Hannah sounds as if her voice is just going to go at any point. Her voice is great but I don't think she's effortless. I like the way that Abi was a bit delicate, but it was a tough bottom two to call. I do think that Hannah is definitely the strongest singer but I liked the mellowness that Abi brought to the competition. It shouldn't have been those two in the bottom though, Sam should have been there for sure.

Tamera Foster is brilliant and I think she gave the best performance on Saturday night. The only problem is, I don't think the public have warmed to her. It's a shame because she's beautiful, she can sing and for me, she's the clear winner, but I don't think the public are getting her. Rough Copy are brilliant but they are never on my radar, I just never remember them. Sam Bailey sang amazing, but I won't be buying her record. I find this year that no-one is grabbing me as much.

The Jonathan Ross Show

Andy Murray appeared on Jonathan's chat show and he was so boring. He was the most boring person I've ever watched being interviewed. Obviously you can't take his success away from him and he's an amazing tennis player, but I just can't understand how anyone would want to watch him being interviewed.

Andy Murray on The Jonathan Ross Show. (9 November)

© ITV

What baffled me the most is why his girlfriend was sitting next to him in the green room. I just couldn't understand why she was on-screen. Andy even managed to make a brilliant story boring, when he talked about tennis champion Rafael Nadal pranking him. Not even Jonathan could make it funny! It should have been hilariously funny but It was like watching paint dry.

The person that really shocked me was Celine Dion. I've never thought of her as anything other than a singer and performer, and I've never thought about her personality much, but she was brilliant. She was so funny when she was doing the warm up with her voice. She really did make me smile and she came across as really witty, funny and down to earth.

Celine Dion on The Jonathan Ross Show. (9 November)

© ITV

Johnny Vegas was also on there and he was just his normal self. The funny part was that he did karaoke at the end, and had his face split in half, one as a man, the other as a woman. Again, the bit that shocked me was Celine dancing along to it in the green room! She was just fabulous, I really enjoyed it. Jonathan Ross is amazing anyway, but it just shows that you still need really good guests because you had the total opposites with Andy and Celine.

Bouncers

This factual reality-based show followed bouncers in Colchester. I've been out in Colchester because my husband used to play for them and luckily I've never seen any of the stuff that went on it this programme because it was horrific.

We all know I like to go out and have a drink but I've never seen anything like it! There was a bar called Silk Row and the bouncers were called Curtis and Jamie, and honestly, it was so funny watching them just standing there observing people on the street. The state of the people was shocking, you had some rolling around the streets and girls lifting up their tops. I felt as though it should have been called 'Colchester Uncovered' or something.

Channel 4 documentary, Bouncers, about the bouncers and doormen based in Colchester

© Channel 4

As it went on, I was actually getting really angry with the bouncers, as I found them quite dreadful. When they were speaking to the camera, they came across as really nice people but when you watched them on the door, they were so threatening. There was this guy who was drunk and wanted to be let in, but Curtis said he was going to punch the guy. Then Curtis said to the camera that he was trying to make him come to him so he could punch him. I didn't know that bouncers could just punch you.

There was another bar called GP Sports, and the doorman was called Alex. He was really sweet but he was also a strange guy as he kept on making everything a sexual reference. He was young, good looking and a single dad, and he hadn't had his first fight on the door yet. When he was frisking a guy, he said, 'well, he didn't have any pants on, I could feel the big bulge'. But Alex seemed a lot nicer than the other bouncers because he called himself a doorman.

Channel 4 documentary, Bouncers, about the bouncers and doormen based in Colchester

© Channel 4

There was also a female bouncer called Sue, who doesn't like makeup but likes to fight. Make of that what you will, but I was slightly horrified! At one point, she had to bring a girl outside the club who was unconscious. The bouncer had to phone the ambulance, and she said how it happens all the time, and how girls get more angry than boys when you have to kick them out. There was a young boy called Dalton who was seen fighting outside the club, but when he was speaking at the beginning when he was sober, he seemed like a lovely boy. It just goes to show the difference when you start consuming alcohol.

There was another bouncer who went to do a shift at a kebab shop, and he said that you need bouncers in kebab shops now because that's where most of it all kicks off. They were showing the funniest scenes, like there was one girl wearing a dress and trainers, holding a kebab while dancing like she was in a rave. She literally didn't want the night to end, but there wasn't even any music inside! Right outside, the bouncer had to split up a fight and someone got knocked unconscious again. It really was horrific but also quite funny, I'd definitely watch it again.

The Only Way Is Essex

I found Lucy Mecklenburgh's situation very confusing. You can definitely see the spark is still there with Mario Falcone, but then she was cross when Tom Pearce didn't give her a proper kiss at the bonfire party. Clearly she thought she could have her cake and eat it and have both men after her and I'm pleased that Tom didn't allow her too.

I really like Tom. I think he's an underrated star on TOWIE. He's so good looking and funny and I would have gone off him if he'd let Lucy manipulate him. Saying that, I want Lucy and Mario to get back together because I think they genuinely still love each other and I'm a sucker for a 'happily ever after' story. I was never a fan of Mario until he went on Celebrity Big Brother and now I think he's brilliant, so I'd like them to be the first TOWIE wedding.

In terms of Sam Faiers and Joey Essex spending more time together, I don't think they are a good match for each other as a couple. I really like Sam. She's a great role model for young girls because she's a businesswoman, she stands up for her friends and she has her own house and I think she needs a more mature guy like Elliot Wright. I do love Joey, but I can't see him and Sam working out in the long run.

There was absolutely no chemistry between Dan Osborne and Ferne McCann on their date. I think her relationship with Charlie Sims was so genuine and then it was ruined once they appeared on TOWIE. I maintain that every relationship seems to be cursed by TOWIE- look at Jasmin Walia's friendship with Abi Clarke!

I was really pleased they added some lightheartedness on the show too in between all of that drama with the bubble football game between the boys. That looked like so much fun – I wouldn't mind giving that a go myself! I'm definitely more on Elliot's side in this rivalry with Sam's ex, Lewis Bloor.

Jodie Marsh On... The Game

I used to have a real preconceived idea of Jodie Marsh, but I've spoken to her a few times over the phone and she's actually lovely. I love these new shows she is doing and I'm absolutely fascinated by prostitutes. I know that's weird, but I really am! I don't judge them, but I can't comprehend why they would choose that lifestyle, so I'm interested in their reasons for getting into the profession. And I knew Jodie would ask the right questions.

There was one girl who was aspiring to be the best prostitute in the UK and it was so sad because she didn't actually look happy with herself. There was angst in her face. It's soul destroying to hear that she thinks this kind of life is OK. Although I don't judge these women, it's just so so sad to see. I think it's really admirable that Jodie is doing these types of programmes and shining a light on issues like this. And I think the fact that she is covered in tattoos and looks different herself helps when she is approaching these girls, because they're more likely to open up to her than a posh man sitting there asking the questions.

Jodie Marsh... On The Game - programme explores the sex trade. October 2013 on TLC.

© TLC

I can also relate to Jodie when she was sat in that window in the red light district in Amsterdam and she was feeling really uncomfortable. Having been a page three girl myself, I know that when you're posing topless for pictures it is totally different from men checking you out in a window because you're in a studio and you can detach yourself from people's reactions. Believe it or not, I'm quite shy by nature and I don't like people looking at me. But I think that everyone in the modelling or prostitution industry has these kinds of insecurities, which is why I really enjoyed watching this programme. It was so interesting to find out the backgrounds of these girls. I'd really like Jodie to do a follow up, so we can see how the girls have moved forward and what they are doing now. In fact, that would be my dream job because I'm so obsessed with the ins and outs of prostitution!

OCD Ward

This was probably my favourite watch of the week! One man on the ward developed a cleanliness OCD within the last few years and had to walk around with his hands in a prayer position so that he didn't touch anything in case he got dirty. He even opened doors with his legs and it then got so bad that he wouldn't give his mum a hug because he thought she was contaminated! I was crying while watching it because they spoke to his parents and it was so sad to hear their experience of it all. But it was also so interesting. And in the end they managed to cure him enough that he could give his mum a cuddle.

Screenshot taken from the OCD Ward on ITV - 28 October 2013

© ITV

I really did feel for the people on the ward because I've had anorexia and bulimia and that is a form of OCD, as it's a compulsion to throw up. So these people can't stop cleaning and with me, I couldn't stop throwing up. It would be on my mind 24 hours a day. Imagine not being able to stop yourself doing something – it's so frustrating. I could really understand what these people were going through.

It was also really interesting to see that a lot of the people with cleaning OCDs were men, because normally you associate cleaning and that type of behaviour with women, as stereotypical as that may be.

The X Factor

I loved Nicole Scherzinger's big hair on Saturday night, but I thought she seemed drunk! She's denied that, though. She was just hysterical. I bet those judges have been enjoying a few tipples before this series. I was sat watching the show with my niece and she asked me what was wrong with Nicole! It was very funny to watch.

© ITV

I think Luke Friend is a real contender for winner this year. I would like him to wash his hair still, but I think he could be the dark horse of the competition. On the other hand, I'm really not a fan of Sam Bailey and older acts like her because I just can't see them being successful after the show. Is she going to sell out arenas? Where will she go after this? It's almost pointless. But saying that, she did amazing on Saturday night and her makeover is outstanding.

I'm also really happy that Abi Alton was back on form. She is one of my favourites and I loved her performance. I think she brings a real calmness and something different to The X Factor because I do feel like this year's show is missing something. I like Abi because she's unique and she isn't like anyone that's appeared on the show before.

Luke Friend on The X Factor on 2 November 2013

© ITV

Overall though, I think it might be Tamera Foster and Luke in the final two. I wasn't shocked that Kingsland Road left at all. They had that coming. And I say this every week, but we really need Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole back! My dream judging panel would be Simon, Cheryl, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh.

The Only Way Is Essex

I am feeling really disappointed by the way this series of TOWIE is going. I thought the Las Vegas specials were absolutely brilliant but since then nothing has really happened. I think everything is just beginning to look too staged. It was obvious Joey would turn up and out bid Elliott and Lewis at the charity auction. Also, we all know Dan Osborne is going out with Jacqueline Jossa from EastEnders, as it's all over the press, yet we're supposed to believe that he is interested in Ferne McCann...

I am quite baffled at how well Lucy Mecklenburgh is coming across given the situation she is currently in. Not only do I think it's obvious that she's still in love with Mario, she is sleeping with Tom Pearce yet refusing to be his girlfriend. She keeps staying over at his house but won't 'make it official'. If someone like Chloe Sims was carrying on like that, she'd be hounded. Lucy, however, is still coming across as the Queen Bee.

TOWIE's Lucy Mecklenburgh and Tom Pearce in a hot tub - 28 October 2013

Also, it really annoys me that they keep making Gemma Collins film with Elliott. Talk about forcing a situation because nothing else is going on. And that scene with the sink plunger which made Elliott look like he was giving himself a treat - it made my stomach turn!

Jasmin Walia and Abi Clarke argue on TOWIE - 28 October 2013

© ITV

One thing that is genuine is the argument between Jasmin and Abi. Those girls have been best friends for years and I've heard that this row is completely real. It just shows, you put cameras in people's faces and the pressure can cause problems in even the strongest friendships and relationships. I think even a genuine couple in love wouldn't stand much chance of staying together in an environment such as this. Finally, I have to say, Bobby did such a fantastic job hosting the fashion show. I definitely think that his future lies in holding and running events.

Katie Price on This Morning

This interview was the 'normal' Katie Price interview. She used to be so outrageous and we would normally get to hear a massive bombshell whenever she appeared on telly, yet she showed a calmer and relaxed side of her personality. I think this definitely proves that Kieran is The One and she has finally found her Mr Right.

Katie Price presents Rylan Clark with a 25th birthday cake on This Morning, 25 October 2013

© ITV / Screengrab

Katie isn't craving the attention that perhaps she once was and just seems so happy, content and settled, which is really nice to see. It was obvious Alex Reid was a rebound and, although Leandro Penna was a beautiful specimen of a man, it just didn't work. Katie is so clearly in love with Kieran, you could tell by the way she spoke about him, and I think he's the making of her comeback.

I don't believe that the UK has any other homegrown celebrity who brings us as much entertainment as Katie does. I like looking at pictures of Kate Middleton but, if she gave an interview, we know it would never be as interesting and juicy as the chats Katie gives. It was interesting to hear about her dramatic birth with Jett (whose name I love by the way) and it's fair to say that she has had a rough ride over the years. I'm pleased Katie is back, which I know will surprise some people who seem convinced that I don't like her. But I do like her. Plus, I can't keep reading about boring celebrities! I am SO looking forward to starting her new autobiography.

The X Factor

Two words: Lady Gaga. Oh my God. I'm feeling like The X Factor has gone a bit boring lately. There is no one funny like Jedward or Rylan Clark to laugh at (clearly they though Shelley Smith would be just that, they were wrong) and I'm only really tuning in because my son Rocky absolutely adores it. He has a hot chocolate, I have some fizz and we watch it together. Thankfully, just when I thought I couldn't sit through another episode last night, Gaga came on and saved the day!

The X Factor' TV show, London, Britain - 27 Oct 2013 - Lady Gaga

© Rex Features / Tom Dymond/Thames

I was literally hysterical watching her - she is a total fruitcake! She came out wearing this white wig while flaunting her not so great body in underwear. I don't mean to be horrible, but I'm never a fan of people wearing nothing on TV, especially if they haven't got a mega body. Gaga then started playing the piano, but seemed to get bored halfway through, so just climbed on it and started gyrating. Rocky was completely open-mouthed and kept saying, "But where's her clothes?!" It was slightly inappropriate really! The comedian Russell Kane tweeted that Gaga had overdosed on Berocca and I have to say, that's putting it nicely! After her performance of two songs (which you wouldn't have guessed as she merged them together), Gaga and Sharon Osbourne hugged, proving their feud was behind them. The feud involved Gaga and Sharon's daughter Kelly. Being fiercely protective, I was surprised they made up. Anything involving my kids and I can't say I would've been so forgiving...

'The X Factor' TV show, London, Britain - 27 Oct 2013 - Miss Dynamix and Hannah Barrett

© Rex Features / Jonathan Hordle/Thames

So Miss Dynamix were voted out after being in the bottom two with Hannah Barrett. I actually thought they sang better than Hannah in the sing off, but overall, she's the better contestant. They both shouldn't have been there. I'm not championing Abi Alton as much as I was, as she hasn't been great for the last two weeks, and I just don't get Sam. I think he's arrogant and his vocals aren't great. He can't solely rely on his good looks. I thought Gary Barlow was a bit harsh on Tamera by comparing her to a Beyoncè tribute act. I get the blonde hair and the flinging your arms around but, if I sang that song in the mirror, I'd be flinging my arms around too! He's quite straight-laced, but everyone has made bad choices in the past. The X Factor is an opportunity for Tamera to really turn her life around.

Piers Morgan Life Stories: Pete Waterman

I really enjoyed watching this and remembering all the songs of my childhood. Pete also came across as such a lovely man. I thought the most interesting thing about the entire show was that he couldn't read or write for many years. When he bought a Ferrari, he had to get his bank manager to fill out the cheque for him. It just shows, if you have enough tenacity you don't always have to be academically clever to go far in life. At one point, Pete was earning £1 million a day and he owned 18 Ferraris! Pete said that Steps made him the most money - who would've thought that! Simon Cowell also spoke very highly of him, saying that he wouldn't be where he is today if it wasn't for Pete. That was a really nice thing to say. Sinitta also spoke about Pete, though she wasn't wearing the leaves - boo!

Pete Waterman appears on Piers Morgan Life Stories - October 2013

© ITV

Aside from his fantastic career, there was quite a lot about this man that I certainly didn't know. He has been married and divorced three times, one of his sons nearly died in a go-karting accident and his other son did die from a mystery illness, which later turned out to be CJD - or Mad Cow Disease. It was very emotional seeing Pete recall this. I enjoy Piers Morgan's Life Stories no matter who is on, which I think shows how good Piers is at getting a good balance when talking about someone's life. I've said it before and I'll say it again, journalists really do make the best interviewers on TV. There has been a surge in good looking people who can read auto-cue, but they haven't always got the skills.

The X Factor

I love Sharon Osbourne but I found what she did to Louis Walsh really bad. Gary Barlow's act Kingsland Road and Sharon's act Shelley Smith were in the bottom two and Sharon was pleading with Louis to save Shelley.

Sharon and Louis are close friends but at the end of the day, you have to be honest, you're on the show to judge. Sharon held her bosom to Louis' head, kissed him all over the face and said that she'll "do anything". It should have been funny but it wasn't, it was cringe and annoying. I'm glad Louis stuck to his guns.

I was shocked that Kingsland Road were in the bottom two. Their performance wasn't that great, but still they're brilliant and I think they're a really strong group. My absolute favourite is Hannah Barrett. She was incredible on Saturday night, just brilliant. Unlike some of the other contestants, she has a story and because of her past and tough family life, it helps to make her performance so much more believable. Her voice is just unbelievable, it was lovely.

Hannah Barrett on The X Factor

I didn't like Sam Bailey. She has a fantastic voice but not many people can sing Adele, and her performance just left me feeling nothing. I was so disappointed with Abi Alton too, why the hell would she sing Kylie Minogue? It's clearly not her genre and she wouldn't be singing that type of song. I know weekly song themes are in place to set people apart, but you have to stick to a similar type of music that suits your voice.

Nicholas McDonald was brilliant, I thought it was so sweet on the VT when he said he had never been in love, and the way Nicole Scherzinger surprised him. I've been on and off with Nicole for the past few weeks but I like her now. I probably got her wrong before and she's actually brilliant, and she's stunning.

Robin Thicke performing 'Blurred Lines' on The X Factor

© ITV

As for the guest performances, I'm really not into Robin Thicke. Everytime he sings, it reminds me of Miley Cyrus' controversial VMA performance with the foam fingers! Now everytime you hear that song, all you think about is her! I just wasn't interested in the performance at all. As for Katy Perry, I just thought she was brilliant. I've got such a girl crush on her.

The decision to give Miss Dynamix a free pass to next week's show is always going to divide opinion. But at the end of the day, SeSe's pregnant and that has to come first. The X Factor is basically like a job and sometimes you have to have sick days. Obviously, if SeSe's going to have complications in her pregnancy, which hopefully she won't, then obviously it needs to be re-evaluated. I thought it was the right thing to miss one week. They would have gone through anyway I think.

Shelley was definitely the right person to go though. The only problem now is that there's not much fun in The X Factor anymore like Rylan Clark from last year.
Was Shelley fun? No. Personally, she just annoyed me. She's not fun. Last year's contestant Rylan Clark was fun, and even though he didn't have the best voice, you looked forward to what he was going to do. Nothing interests me about Shelley, so I was happy she went.

The Only Way Is Essex

It's been the worst episode so far. Vegas was so good but now it feels so flat. I'm loving the fact that Frankie Essex is back! I know that she's my friend but she's just one of the nicest girls I've ever met in the industry, and she's so caring.

Frankie and Joey have had such a tough time with losing their mum and you can tell that she's really mummy to Joey, and the same with their cousin Chloe Sims. So it does anger me when they get stick for defending each other and being so family orientated.

Chloe, Lauren and Frankie talk breast reductions on the fruit aisle, TOWIE episode 20 October 2013

© ITV2

It was hilarious when Frankie, Chloe and Lauren Pope matched up different fruits to their boobs! Mine would be like watermelons, they're so big! Chloe and Lauren both said they're getting their implants out. I absolutely love mine and I would never get them taken out, I'd get them bigger, but each to their own.

As for Gemma Collins and James 'Arg' Argent, I love them both. I think Gemma probably did sleep with Arg, but I think that perhaps she still has something going on with on-off boyfriend Rami Hawesh. They both seem adamant that they're telling the truth, but I don't see why Arg would lie.

Sam and Joey have a heart to heart about their relationship, TOWIE episode 20 October 2013

© ITV2

I'm still not sure if Tom Pearce and Lucy Mecklenburgh are really genuine, but they do look really good together.

With Joey Essex and Sam Faiers, part of me thinks it is just to carry on with the storyline. I definitely think that there's no going back with these two. It's just best for them to go their separate ways and not say anything bad about each other because they clearly have fond memories of their time together.

Sam should just continue to enjoy her time with Elliott Wright because they clearly enjoy each other's company.

Britney Spears on Alan Carr's Chatty Man

I'm a huge Britney Spears fan and I've seen her perform in concert a few times. I know she's getting older and naturally, like everyone, her body isn't going to be as good as when she was 21, but I don't think she's ever got back to her best after her meltdown.

She did look good, but the first thing I noticed was that she had a J20 drink, so from there I thought that the interview would be a bit boring. For example, when Rihanna appears on the show, she downs shots and it's always really fun.

It was quite funny when Britney did the whipping task though. She basically went backstage with Alan whipping all of the crew into shape, but again, it didn't seem like she was a superstar.

Britney Spears on Alan Carr's Chatty Man

© Channel 4

I felt like Britney seemed really vacant and there was nothing fun to the chat, she kept on making faces like she felt awkward. It's brilliant that she seems to have completely turned her life around though, and it's obvious that her boys are her focus, which was nice to see. She was just really reserved and I felt like she had nothing to give.

I do feel that if Britney did speak about her darker times, it would make her more interesting. After watching it, I was left feeling that it was probably one of the worst interviews I've seen on Chatty Man.

I do like Britney's new single, 'Work B**ch' and I quite like the video too, although she doesn't do much dancing now. Before, she used to be the best dancer and her performances were always incredible. I love Britney, but I just want her to go back to being fun. Although I'm sad to say it because I do love her.

Crimewatch: Madeleine McCann appeal

I've been obsessed with the Madeline McCann case like most of the nation because of her strange disappearance. I know it's controversial but I just can't understand how her intelligent professional parents could have left their children. It wasn't just Kate and Gerry McCann, it was the whole of the Tapas 7, who thought it was okay to leave their children in the room.

Even the fact that the night before Maddie went missing, she had said to her parents: "Where were you when Sean and I were crying last night?" The thought of my babies crying and me not being there is heartbreaking enough.

Crimewatch: Madeleine McCann appeal

Crimewatch: Madeleine McCann appeal

If it was me, I couldn't have forgiven myself. Kate and Gerry left their kids alone but sat on Crimewatch and said: "No, we haven't committed the crime, the person who took her has."

I found it so interesting to watch but just so heartbreaking. I do feel dreadful for them and the pain in Kate's face was so obvious to see.

Obviously, I'm so hoping that Maddie is found. It's brilliant that the case has been reopened and they've now got names of suspects to help the case. It's raised more awareness and hopefully we're nearer to finding out who took her. It's devastating. It was so frustrating to watch.

The Only Way Is Essex

I love TOWIE but it's starting to feel like people are getting desperate for storylines. I loved them being in Vegas but I felt last night's episode went back to exactly the same stuff, I just don't get it. I was shocked to hear that Ferne McCann had slept with her ex Charlie Sims in Vegas after their argument, especially after he said to her that he slept with 20 girls. I just hope these people are using protection because it's crazy.

I thought Lucy Mecklenburgh looked absolutely stunning on her date with Tom Pearce. I think they're a really good looking couple but they're not that believable for me. She definitely still wants to be back with her ex Mario Falcone.

I know Lauren Pope quite well so I was quite shocked that she confronted Lucy in the toilets because she's not a very argumentative person. But Lauren was right to say something because Lucy was going round saying she had slept with Mario when she hadn't.

It all feels a bit childish though. I'd prefer it if Lucy had been a bit upfront about it. Lucy needs to be careful because she's very good at playing the victim with Mario's cheating but she's not been shy of a few men herself.

The scene with Ricky Rayment, his girlfriend Jessica Wright and her cousin Elliot Wright was the best scene of the night. I'm not a big fan of Ricky, as we know, but I thought he did really well to stick up for himself.

At the end of the day he's right, no one knows what their relationship is really like. I think it's a bit disrespectful the way everyone keeps going on about it. If Jess wants to be with him, she'll be with him. She's intelligent, she's not a silly little girl.

I think Chloe Sims is getting a really bad edit to be honest. While I agree with the phrase, 'They can't edit you, if you haven't said it', out of 50 nice things you say, the one bad thing will be shown. Chloe and Lauren are nearly 10 years older than these girls and I think it's harder for them to interact with the younger girls at times. They're not coming across great but I don't know why because Chloe is lovely.

In this series especially, Chloe is coming across very blunt and honest and people will either love it or hate it. I don't think anything she's saying is wrong, but it's the way she's saying it and the way it's being edited, they're not showing any of her soft sides.

The X Factor

I love Sharon Osbourne but I think she picked really similar people for her Overs category. It was obvious that one of her acts was going to go and the Overs is a hard category anyway. I feel like Lorna Simpson was great and had a lovely voice but she wasn't a popstar. I feel the same about Shelley Smith - she's annoying. I mean she can sing but would you buy her album?

My favourite is Tamera Foster, I really like her and I agreed with all the judges' comments, she looks like a popstar. I agree that she is in a way like a mini Rihanna.

I really liked Abi Alton's performance. I've got a real soft spot for her, she's different. Although Tamera's unbelievable, we've already got people like her in the music industry. I really like Nicholas McDonald too, he's really cute.

I thought it was great that Sharon refused to vote. I just love her, I think she's brilliant. I wasn't sad that Lorna went but it's always a bit gutting to go out first. As for the guest performances, Cher was really boring. I'm sure Britney is in London, why didn't we have her? I wasn't keen on Ellie Goulding's dress either, but she did perform well.

I find Caroline Flack's backstage presenting on the live shows a bit strange. I'm not convinced and I just think it's a bit pointless. Caroline is one of the best female live presenters, I'm a really big fan of hers. But it doesn't bring anything to the show to have her backstage for 30 seconds. The show is so jam-packed anyway, it's not lacking anything. If it's not broke, don't fix it.

I'm gutted Gary Barlow announced that he is definitely leaving the show. I really like Gary as a judge and I think it's so hard for anyone to take over Simon Cowell's role but Gary's been really good. The way he confirmed it was good as well, he didn't make it a dramatic announcement.

Patsy Kensit on This Morning

I really like Patsy and she was on the show during the week to promote her new book. I think she's got an interesting life, which is why I was keen on watching the chat but she just seemed very emotional and not really with it.

She said that she's just had a hysterectomy and is going through early menopause, but she got a similar - though not for the same reasons - reaction to the one after the famous Kerry Katona interview. On Twitter, people were suggesting all sorts. Patsy began trending instantly with people asking if something was wrong with her.

Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby didn't address it, which I found odd. They looked concerned during the interview though. I don't know what happens to people on This Morning, I feel sorry for them. It's good that Patsy will talk about openly menopause, but it just seemed like it was more than that. it's like Jeremy Kyle but with celebrities on there.

Women Behind Bars with Trevor McDonald

I love watching shows like this. It was on a few weeks ago but last week I got round to watching a repeat. I'm glad i didn't miss out, although I was a little bit disappointed in Trevor because he didn't seem to ask the right questions. There was a woman named Dawn Hopkins who got 16 years and already served 14 for battery and manslaughter of her three-month-old baby, and Trevor didn't ask why. It sounds weird but he just didn't ask her anything and I was just screaming at the TV. It was really bizarre.

It's all women in these facilities and majority go in there straight and come out as lesbians. It was really interesting to watch though and they were all mums as well. Some of them go into prison pregnant and there is literally a shackle to the bed where they give birth.

There was one woman who was in prison for killing two people but they call her the biggest manipulator ever because it wasn't actually her who did it. She basically convinced her boyfriend to do the murders but they found enough evidence to convict the woman too.

She even convinced a police officer to help her break out of prison. She made him fall in love with her and he helped her to escape, she was on the run for a good amount of time too. Now, she's in solitary confinement and is only allowed to speak to people for one hour a day because they say she's that manipulative that she could make anyone do anything. Even Trevor seemed to be taken aback by her and kept asking to interview her again. It was brilliant to watch!
