The singer and Olympian were rated as having the most sought-after celebrity smiles.
According to her father, Tulisa spent a reported £12,000 on her picture perfect smile in preparation for her role as a judge on The X Factor last year.
On the other hand, diver Tom went through the painful teenage rite of passage with braces to get his teeth looking tip top.
The top three female smiles we just can't get enough of are Tulisa, Cheryl Cole and Kate Middleton.
The top three fellas are Tom Daley, David Beckham and TOWIE's Mark Wright.
The lists are are full of cosmetically enhanced smiles.
Professor Green, who is currently dating Made in Chelsea's Millie Mackintosh, came in seventh and is reported to also have dropped £12,000 to improve his smile.
Frankie Sandford, who comes in at number six on the list, tweeted last week that she had just had her teeth whitened but did not come away happy.
"Had my lower teeth whitened today. Ouch!!!! Never again!!! Ive been in so much pain all day. Bad times," tweeted The Saturdays singer.
Mr Reem Himself Joey Essex came in at number five for the gents, whose blindingly white veneers reportedly cost him over £4000.
Celebs whose smiles we'd rather avoid include Chloe Sims, Nicola Roberts and Simon Cowell who all have smiles just that bit too big and too white for most of us.
The survey was conducted by Harley Street clinic LoveLite and their experts explain why we love these smiles:
"People want bright white teeth, which at the same time look natural, which is why we're always asked for teeth like Tulisa, Cheryl and Kate"
"We always used to get asked for the 'Cheryl Smile' but now Tulisa seems to be the one women want."
