Both lovely ladies have flaunted their enviable figures in a sexy black floor-length number designed by Thierry Mugler, featuring a racy plunging neckline complete with cut-out details, plus a thigh-high slit for added va-va-voom.
Georgia was miles ahead of Cara as she rocked her gown in May 2014 while attending the Costume Institute Gala Benefit celebrating Charles James, held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
The Rimmel ambassador - who is the daughter of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall - kept the rest of her look super-simple, adding black pointed heels teamed with minimal make-up and bare nails, while tonging her golden locks into loose, bouncy curls.
But Cara sported exactly the same frock as she stepped out at the InStyle and Warner Bros. post-Golden Globes party in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (11 January).
Adding more of a rock chick feel to her look, the starlet donned peep-toe booties and two necklaces adorned with her initials, styling her tresses in tousled, beachy waves.
She went all out on the make-up front too, ditching her usual au naturel look in favour of chocolate brown smoky eyes paired with a dash of vino red lipstick.
We reckon both ladies totally nailed their looks, but who do you think wore their dress best? Let us know by voting below...
