But this time, she looked more adorable than AAAGH!
Courtney went all matchy-matchy with her BFF Chloe Meadows and ditched the skeleton getup (which you can snap up on the high-street, just saying) for this devil-inspired look and she looked totally cute in a pair of sequin-splashed novelty horns!
The reality star made the most of her petite figure in black co-ords and a checked shirt (hey, cleavage!) and she toughened things up with a zip-adorned biker jacket and chunky, buckled sandals.
When it came to her make-up, Courtney - who gave us heaps of envy with her impossibly glossy mane - kept things understated and rocked three red gems as bloody tears - but really, it was her flawless contour and highlight combo (major points to MUA Georgina Partington!) that stole our attention.
Now that's a Halloween look we can get on board with. Who's even got the time for face paint? We're looking at you, Nathan Massey...
Courtney joined the likes of Love Island star Olivia Buckland as a PVC-clad Catwoman, The X Factor's Gifty Louise - who rocked a scarily similar look - and Cara de la Hoyde as Red Riding Hood.
